After being turned away in an emergency by the dealer closest to my home (Lexus of Manhattan - boo, hiss!) Difeo helped me immediately. They have been helpful in getting me things I want (NAV upgrades, etc.) and insuring that my vehicles are always "perfect". No question that they go beyond the call of duty.
