I dealt with Joel Cohen at Ray Catena Lexus. I orgianlly called Greg from Difeo and his treatment of my family was terrible. He actually told me they can't compete with Ray Catena on their pricing. We were contact by Joel at Ray Catena through the internet. He is one of the internet sales people. We live near Cherry Hill, but his salemenship over the phone was great. We drove about 45 min away to get our car, and is was well worth it. When we picked our car up, Joel had all the paperwork ready and took care of everything himself. One his desk was the performer of the month trophy, so I asked him how many cars he has sold this year. As of July, he sold almost 200 cars and I honestly believe him. Our experince was great. More
I am buying my third Lexus from Joe at Difeo this month. Of all the dealers I have ever dealt with these guys are in a class by themselves. Worst customer support for a Lexus service department in the entire state of NJ. Overall quality of work is 3 in a scale of 1-10. The 2 Toyota dealers around the same area provide much better service and cu the entire state of NJ. Overall quality of work is 3 in a scale of 1-10. I have been dealing with DiFeo for the last 4+years and can not be happier. Wil be making another purchase next year and will definately go back. They go out of their way to accomodate you. From the initial sales contacts to any subsequent maintenance it has been a real pleasure to deal with Difeo. After being turned away in an emergency by the dealer closest to my home (Lexus of Manhattan - boo, hiss!) Difeo helped me immediately. They have been helpful in getting me things I want (NAV upgrades, etc.) and insuring that my vehicles are always "perfect". No question that they go beyond the call of duty. I am completely spoiled by them. They get my highest possible recommendation. More
