Eddie Ruggirello superbly restored our expectations of what the car buying experience should be like. Eddie was knowledgeable in the process and gave us good advice. He kept us up-to-date on the manufacturing timelines and eventually delivered us a luxurious vehicle. Lexus of Bridgewater Service area with Eric Ruby and Roger Pittman running this dealership were in charge when the service area crashed my car while in their possession for service a few Months ago caus Roger Pittman running this dealership were in charge when the service area crashed my car while in their possession for service a few Months ago causing $5,500 worth of damage. It's hard to believe that I never even got an apology from Roger Pittman, president or Eric Ruby the GM. Unfortunately for me this bad service didn’t stop there. I was actually extremely nice by not calling the police and getting a police report so I let it go even though they were very rude to me. At first Eric Ruby lied to me about how the accident happened by telling me that the service tech thought my car was in park and apparently it was in reverse and they slammed my car full speed into the wall. I knew that was a lie based on the level of damage. After I spoke to a local body shop that my family knows and showed him pictures of the impact, he advised that there's no way that kind of damage can happen on low speed. I then spoke with Eric Ruby again and he finally confessed and admitted that yes the guy drove it hard into the wall so I asked Eric Ruby why did you lie to me? He had would not answer. Fast forward a few months after I let that go because I was being very nice to the dealership, wouldn't you believe this service area actually damaged my car for a second time in only a matter of a few months. This time service area damaged my rear leather seat. Someone in the service area thought it was a good idea to put a very heavy (dirty) car charger directly on my leather seat causing extensive damage. For a second time, I still didn't get a police report or anything even though Eric Ruby or Roger Pittman would not even apologize with the exception again for the service advisor. Anyone who is reading this review, you are better served to get your car serviced anywhere else other than Lexus Of Bridgewater. If you think this review is not real, I will post pictures from the crash of my car and will also post a picture of my damaged leather seat and both instances happened only a few months apart. I will also let everyone reading this know that the reason my car was there this last time when they damaged my leather seat because I had brake pads and rotors replaced back in December and I've been back numerous times because they continue to squeak and are not stopping right and each time I’ve been back, they still cannot fix them correctly. I have gone to a lot of dealerships and a lot of service areas and Lexus of Bridgewater is by far the worst service area I have ever seen. very poorly run from Roger Pittman to the general manager of this dealership, Eric Ruby. I have never seen anything worse than this dealership service area. Please see the pictures attached which will serve as proof that this is a real review and not a fake one! More
The exterior condition of my CPO 2018 LS500 was misrepresented by the dealership. I purchased this car out of state and I depended totally on the description of the car given to me. I was told that the exterior was "pristine" even after I requested information about ANY exterior blemishes. I was told there were no blemishes on the body if the car. When the car was delivered there was significant damage to the left front bumper. The damage was obvious. It could not have been accidentally overlooked by the dealership. The damage was documented by the delivery company as having been on the car prior to pick up at the dealership. I obtained an estimate to repair the damage, from a local body shop. I sent the estimate to the VP at Lexus of Bridgewater, asking for reimbursement of the approximately $800 of damage. One month later, the VP has completely ignored me. No communication at all.
