I was advised to get 4 new tires. I was very surprised since the car has only 26,500 miles on it. Unfortunately, I didn't question this recommendation but rather just accepted and approved it. I only thought about it later in the day and in fact, it continues to bother me. The car's lease is up at the end of November so I've spent almost $700 and will have the car for only 9 more months. I would like to know if this is the average life of tires on this model. I have a friend who had to replace tires frequently on the SC of which he had several. Is it the way I drive? I was planning on calling to ask these questions. Hopefully, I'll receive a response to this review. Thank you. More

I feel extremely welcomed with them each and every time that I even encouraged close friends to purchase their Lexus cars from them as well. More
The dealship is top notch from the minute you walk in the door. We just leased our 3 car from them and I am sure we will be back once this lease runs out. Repairs were done on time, and were done right. Loaner car was excellent. Mary is friendly and professional. Facility and customer amenities are excellent. Everyone is courteous and friendly. At my last visit for 55,000 mile service the service was completed in just over 1 hr., I settled the bill and drove off. After going approx. 10 miles I noticed the CHECK ENGINE light come and I retur completed in just over 1 hr., I settled the bill and drove off. After going approx. 10 miles I noticed the CHECK ENGINE light come and I returned to the Service Dept.. Rich greeted me and said they would look into the issue right away. Within 10 minutes he returned and advised that the problem had nothing to do with the work just performed, a sensor in the engine had failed, he offered to replace the sensor without charge(my car is nolonger covered by warantee). I was on my way again within 20 minutes. Another example of the customer focued service that one receives at Lexus of Bridgewater. Excelent work fellows. More
The Service Department does an excellent job.Jose Mora is an outstanding Service Consultant. No offense to Jose, I just wish I have not had to bring the vehicle in as many times as I have had to due to PO an outstanding Service Consultant. No offense to Jose, I just wish I have not had to bring the vehicle in as many times as I have had to due to POOR QUALITY ISSUES. I have only had the vehicle since Sept. 2007 and driven approx. 41,000 miles. I bought it as a Pe-Owned with around 18,600 miles on it. Right now the car has only 59,700 miles. The unfortunate comment I must make is I am extremely disapointed in the fact that I have had so much maintenance work required. There are too many issuse to report in this space. I would like someone to review the Service history on my car and call me to discuss. My Vehicle ID is 2T2HK31U27C021475. I believe in having a fact based - data driven discussion and not just email exchanges. More

Service is always done well, and they will make sure that all possible are friendly, honest and go out of their way to help you in any way they can. Service is always done well, and they will make sure that all possible warranty work is covered by Lexus. They also do "many etras" that people at other dealers paid for. I dealt with Joel Cohen at Ray Catena Lexus. I orgianlly called Greg from Difeo and his treatment of my family was terrible. He actually told me they can't compete with Ray Catena on their pricing. We were contact by Joel at Ray Catena through the internet. He is one of the internet sales people. We live near Cherry Hill, but his salemenship over the phone was great. We drove about 45 min away to get our car, and is was well worth it. When we picked our car up, Joel had all the paperwork ready and took care of everything himself. One his desk was the performer of the month trophy, so I asked him how many cars he has sold this year. As of July, he sold almost 200 cars and I honestly believe him. Our experince was great. More
