Ed Carlock was wonderful when I purchased my preowned Lexus. The transmission went on the car while I was enroute to the dealership on the highway. Andrew Watson was the gentleman I dealt with in the service department and he was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave me daily updates on the status of my car. The dealership provided me with a loaner so I could still get to work each day. This dealership genuinely cares about the customers long after you purchase a vehicle from them. Their service is over the top and I have never had a more positive experience with any dealership the way I did with Lexus of Bridgewater. I recommend the dealership to anyone who wants to purchase new or preowned because they know their inventory and will not sell you a car that is not right for you. In my opinion, it's the best dealership in the area. More
We had a very pleasant experience buying our new RX last week. . The dealer experience has never been this good. Right from the beginning there was plenty of time for us including the leisurely test drive along with detailed explanation of the features of the car. Back at the office, there was no pressure and no phone calls during the 2 weeks we took to make up our mind. A week later, when we came back for a second test drive, again there was a lot of patience and no pressure. The price I got from Joe was better than any of the other dealerships and it was the shortest price negotiation in my car buying history. During my previous experiences, with other dealerships and cars, there was always the lingering doubt if I was getting a good deal. I never had that feeling after this experience. On the day of the purchase, Joe spent over 2 hours going over the operations of the various features and systems of the car. I know he did not have to do that, but he is the sort of guy who enjoys his job and wants to make sure that there is complete satisfaction and pride of ownership with the vehicle he just sold. Recommend the dealership and more so, Joe. More

I have been a customer of Lexus of Bridgewater for 12 years and consider it the best customer service experience and “relationship” that I have had with any service provider or product. I drive 150 mi years and consider it the best customer service experience and “relationship” that I have had with any service provider or product. I drive 150 miles round-trip to the shore every day so Mary Williamson (the service rep who has been taking care of me since day-one)and the service team at Lexus of Bridgewater know that I am entrusting them with more than my car… I am entrusting them with my life and safety. That knowledge and responsibility shows in everything they do. I cannot think of a time when the Service Manager, Ron Gwinnet, has not greeted me personally on a service visit. On occasion, the service technician Wes is available with a big smile to show me or explain why a specific repair is being recommended. Lots of businesses say they are looking to build a relationship rather than sell me a product or service, Lexus of Bridgewater has delivered… for 12 years and counting. P.S. The great snacks they have available are a terrific enticement for getting one of my kids to keep me company when I am in for a service visit. The offer of fresh bagels or muffins does it every time! I took my 2007 RX 350 for recall. They were fast and the recall was taken care of within 24 hours. I also asked them to check moisture in headlight which they did but there was none at time of visit. They stated I could come back when moisture is present and they will look into and no appointment was necessary. Only issue I have is on the sheet it states they washed the car but I do not believe they did. I actually got my car washed on Saturday and brought to dealership on Monday. So it was clean already. It is no issue but I can tell they did not wash. More
I thought the entire new car buying experiece was the best my wife and I have ever had. We test drove the car with no pressure, and I later came back and bought the car as a suprise for my wife. The deal I received was the most competitve in the area and the GM Ron himself came over to say if we ever needed anything that his door is always open. I had heard only good things about this dealership and so far I couldn't be happier with our purchase of our new RX. More
Mary told me what they were going to do and how long it would take. They gave me a loaner which made it easier for me to have the service performed. I appreciate them taking care of this for me so I won't get stuck on the road. It also saved me from having to make 2 service dates. Everyone was very nice. The waiting area looked very comfortable and had snacks & coffee. More

Automobile shopping is our least favorite thing to do, but we have to say we had a delightful experience thanks to Mr. Fass, our sales associate. There was never any pressure to purchase, but on the contrary, he made us feel very comfortable during the entire process. He explained everything to us and got us off and driving with all of our questions answered and feeling very confident in our new vehicle. We would not hesitate to recommend Lexus of Bridgwater, and in particular Joseph Fass to our friends so that they may also have the same pleasant experience that we have had, and hope to continue to have with Joe and the dealership. He has a nothing is too much for my customer attitude and that is what I love most about this dealership. I have recommended this dealer numerous times because of the hassle free environment. My service experiences with Mary Williamson have been second to none. A loaner car is always available no matter how insignificant or how important the service is. Peter was my sales person a few times and he is extremely thorough in reviewing the car, showing us how everything works and has even delivered things to me at my place of business when I was unable to get into the dealership. Nothing but wonderful things to say. More
