I was not very happy with the service departments representatives. I felt I was getting the run around and the rep really didnt know about the car. The salesman who sold me the car (Joe Fass) always said that if I had a problem to call him. I did and he resolved the issues and told me I would never deal with that representative again. Joe is a good person one that really cares about his customers. If I decided to ever buy another Lexus...it will be with Joe Fass. More

Joe presented a compelling review of the 2010,and convinced us to buy a new RX . He also was painstaking in preparing the vehicle pricing which we believed was extremely fair . There is only one reason why this past Saturday, April 24th I got into my 4th Lexus and that's JOE FASS!!! Of course I absolutely love my Lexus vehicles but I could go to any Lexus dealer and get one but 24th I got into my 4th Lexus and that's JOE FASS!!! Of course I absolutely love my Lexus vehicles but I could go to any Lexus dealer and get one but I don't. I choose Lexus of Bridgewater every time simply because of Joe Fass. I would say this past Saturday was my best experience with getting a new vehicle but EVERY experience is wonderful with Joe. He is by far the most knowledgable, honest, sincere and genuine sales consultant I've ever worked with in my life. He truly makes the experience of leasing a new Lexus seemless, extremely easy and exciting. I know there's nothing I have to worry about or feel uncertain about when I go to see Joe. He takes as much time as I need to understand all the new features, he explains everything in detail and never rushes any part of the sale or delivery. I feel at home when I go to the showroom and know that when I leave I will be happier than when I arrived! Joe's customer service is unsurpassed and unparalleled. Joe has called me twice already to see if I had any questions, the first time a couple hours after I left the showroom with my 2010 RX350 and again just a short while ago. He wanted to make sure I didn't have any questions or issues. That's fabulous customer service considering the thorough vehicle delivery process and being this is my 2nd RX, he knows I love my RX and I'm completely comfortable in it...he was just making sure I was happy! My experience over the years with the service department was so positive that even though I had never stepped in the showroom, there was no question that I was going to buy my new Lexus from Bridgewater. My salesman yesterday was Wayne DeGroff and he was truly outstanding. I have never met someone so knowledgeable about his product. No high pressure sales pitch - very civil negotiations until we came up with a price we both were happy with. Wayne went over every single component of the car with me. He programmed my phone with the bluetooth system and my garage door opener with home link. He even took the time to program all of my AM, FM and XM radio stations. If you are looking for someone who knows everything there is to know about his Lexus products, who will take the time to make you feel comfortable with your purchase and who will not let you leave until he has explained everything from bumper to bumper about the vehicle, then I highly recommend Wayne DeGroff. More

Over the years I have owned several German luxury cars but by far Lexus is the best and Bridgewater Lexus is the best dealership I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Of all the sales consultants I have been associated with Joe was the best. His professionalism and no pressure attitude made it a fantastic experience.
