This was my third visit and third purchase of a new lexus. Joe Fass was the first person I dealt with and without a doubt the reason I keep coming back. He sat in the car and showed me everything about the car and went over it all again when I picked up my car. Joe answered every question and explained how things worked no matter how crazy my questions were. Joe is truly an exceptional salesman, he knows the car models inside and out. My experience was a very positive one. Instead, Joe just wanted me to be satisfied with my choice. And, I am quite satisfied in large measure because of the service and attention to detail that I received from Joe. I wanted a few features added to the vehicle, and Joe made sure it was taken care of very quickly - my new vehicle was ready for delivery with the added features less than 24 hours after I decided to purchase it. Unlike other sales professionals, Joe wasn't simply satisfied with selling me a new vehicle and sending me on my way. Before I drove my new vehicle off of the lot, Joe spent a significant amount of time with me to make sure that I understood all of the features on my new vehicle. He has continued to make himself available for questions, and has called me more than once to make sure everything is okay with the vehicle and to ensure my satisfaction with my experience. I recommend Lexus of Bridgewater, but more than that I recommend Joe Fass. The Service professionals at Lexus of Bridgewater are fantastic as well. My family has purchased several new cars from Joe in the past, but this was my first time taking delivery and ownership of a vehicle.
