My family has purchased several new cars from Joe in the past, but this was my first time taking delivery and ownership of a vehicle. Although the car I purchased was used, Joe made the experience special past, but this was my first time taking delivery and ownership of a vehicle. Although the car I purchased was used, Joe made the experience special and memorable. He took considerable time to explain all of the features of the car. When it turned out the car only came with one key, he arranged for me to get additional keys at no charge. This is my first car, and I will remember the experiece. Thank you Joe. Joe was wonderful to deal with. He is extremely friendly and an expert on Lexus cars. I just leased another Lexus RX from Lexus of Bridgewater. I cannot rave enough about this dealership and especially one of their employees named Joe Fass. I have never felt pressured in any way, and Joe makes it his number one priority to make sure I am happy. I never realized that going to a car dealership would be enjoyable! He spent over an hour dsicussing and showing me the features of the car to make sure I felt safe. Top notch service from start to finish--every experience there is perfect!!! The service area is immaculate, the waiting room large and airy. I was not very happy with the service departments representatives. I felt I was getting the run around and the rep really didnt know about the car. He kept on telling my that was the way the car wor representatives. I felt I was getting the run around and the rep really didnt know about the car. He kept on telling my that was the way the car works but he was wrong. I was also ready to go to a different service center. Actually one closer to my home. The salesman who sold me the car (Joe Fass) always said that if I had a problem to call him. I did and he resolved the issues and told me I would never deal with that representative again. Joe is a good person one that really cares about his customers. If I decided to ever buy another Lexus...it will be with Joe Fass. More
