We had researched our new car lease/purchase extensively before going into to the dealership but still had a few questions. Ed was personable, knowledgeable and very comfortable to work with. He answered all our questions about the vehicle and our options to lease or to purchase and we never felt pressured. The process of completing paperwork was very long, but was handled as efficiently as we could expect. All our questions were answered. Delivery was quick, and Ed spent a lengthy period of time showing us all of the features of the car which are quite impressive. We left very satisfied and looking forward to our future contact with this dealership through the service department. More
I just cannot say enough about my most recent experience with Lexus of Bridgewater. Mr. Joe Fass is a man of considerable character, who clearly has the consumers best interest at heart. Mr. Fass is an incredible asset to the Company and exudes with a gentle wisdom. Not only does the consumer rely heavily upon the expertise of Mr. Fass but his colleagues and general management also appear to rely heavily upon his expertise. Mr. Fass believes whole heartedly in what he is selling, and as a result, he personally drives the make (Lexus) that he sells. There is really nothing about the make that the man does not know about. On 7-19-2010, I purchased a 2009 Lexus RX350. I closed the deal at the price that I wanted to close the deal at, and Mr. Fass was not happy until I was comfortable with exactly where I wanted to be. I was comfortable with the overall deal but Mr. Fass was not so he made certain that my car was equipped with four (4) brand new Michellin tires (1K value). Mr. Fass has incredibly keen vision, he noticed a small rip in the leather (I had never noticed it), and had a leather professional immediately rectify the problem before I assumed ownership of the vehicle. I knew what I had purchased but the purchase was not going to be complete until Mr. Fass put all of the Mr. Fass touches onto the vehicle, and let me tell you I was blown completely out of the water - the car is a beauty, and a real fun piece of equipment ot handle. I could not be happier! When Mr. Fass introduced me to the Lexus Service Center with all of the plush amenities, I truly thought to myself that this place must be right next door to Heaven! Everything about my experience at Lexus of Bridgewater completely sealed the deal. No matter what you decide to purchase please know that Joe Fass is never going to sell you a car that he would not consider safe for his wife and his three real intelligent grandbabies. Mr. Fass is a man of his word, treats people with respect and is well-revered in the business world - the man makes all sorts of things happen, and it is an honor for him to be able to do so. I walked into the showroom and was fortunate to be meet by Joe Fass. Lets be honest, all Lexus showrooms are beautiful with pleasant sales people. But this is the only showroom that has Joe Fass. In addition to him being very personable you have add that he is very knowledgeable and has a great desire to please and make the buying experience a pleasant event. From choosing the color and the options to final delivery he is there to help.. His experience in knowing what colors look good and what options to choose to his showing how everything works, and making sure you understand before you take delivery, shows that he cares about you and your satisfaction with the vehicle. This was my third visit and third purchase of a new lexus. Joe Fass was the first person I dealt with and without a doubt the reason I keep coming back. Joe took all the time I needed to find the car I wanted. The amount of time he spent with me was unbelievable from looking for the color I wanted to the time he spent with me on our test drive. He sat in the car and showed me everything about the car and went over it all again when I picked up my car. Joe answered every question and explained how things worked no matter how crazy my questions were. Joe is truly an exceptional salesman, he knows the car models inside and out. If you are looking for a car Joe Fass is the only salesman to see.The service at this dealership is exceptional. More
My experience was a very positive one. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Lexus of Bridgewater, and I chose to return to this particular dealership solely because of the service I r second vehicle that I have purchased from Lexus of Bridgewater, and I chose to return to this particular dealership solely because of the service I received from Joe Fass. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the Lexus brand, and answered all of my questions very enthusiastically. However, I never felt pressured to make the purchase. Instead, Joe just wanted me to be satisfied with my choice. And, I am quite satisfied in large measure because of the service and attention to detail that I received from Joe. I wanted a few features added to the vehicle, and Joe made sure it was taken care of very quickly - my new vehicle was ready for delivery with the added features less than 24 hours after I decided to purchase it. Unlike other sales professionals, Joe wasn't simply satisfied with selling me a new vehicle and sending me on my way. Before I drove my new vehicle off of the lot, Joe spent a significant amount of time with me to make sure that I understood all of the features on my new vehicle. He has continued to make himself available for questions, and has called me more than once to make sure everything is okay with the vehicle and to ensure my satisfaction with my experience. I recommend Lexus of Bridgewater, but more than that I recommend Joe Fass. The Service professionals at Lexus of Bridgewater are fantastic as well. I only take my car to Lexus of Bridgewater for service. In the future if I am in the market for a new Lexus, I will return to Joe Fass for assistance. More

Lexus of Bridgewater takes care of you as you should be taken care of. The salesperson did not pressure us to buy or lease "today"; he took all the time that was requred to address our needs and our inqui taken care of. The options and costs were carefully explained to us so we could make an informed decision. Joe provided answers to all the questions asked, and if he did not have the answer he made sure to get the answer immediately whether through a short conference with a coworker or a quick phone call. The sales experience was light, comfortable, and friendly -- absolutely not confrontational or pressured in any way. This is the third vehicle we have bought or leased from this dealership and this salesperson. These are the most recent three vehicles we have bought or leased. Joe Fass is the absolute best salesperson and we would not consider going to anyone else no matter where we live in the country! More
