I had been looking at Lexus for a while, and this is my first one (I've owned lots of Toyotas). I went into Lexus of Bridgewater several times in July and August, told the receptionist I didn't need a sale first one (I've owned lots of Toyotas). I went back in on 8/7 and met Joe Fass. Joe is an awesome salesman. He truly wanted me to be happy with my purchase. He let me take all the time I needed, plus 2 test drives. He knew ALL the answers to the questions I had about the RX450h. First classy car salesman I have ever met. It was a pleasure to deal with him. When I took delivery, he spent several hours with me to show me how the "joystick" controlled the 5,000,000 options. He happily answered questions for me afterwards too. I stopped by the dealership the next Saturday and he was happy to help me figure out what I was doing wrong with the navigation. (I have never received over 1,000 pages of documentation for a car before!) I've had my car for 9 days, it's awesome. Go see Joe, he'll take unsurpassed care of you. More
I have purchased 3 new Lexus vehicles from Lexus of Bridgewater and I have had a fantastic experience on each occasion. The biggest reason why I continue to go back to Lexus of Bridgewater (aside from the quality of the vehicles) is the excellent experience I continue to receive from Joe Fass. Joe is the best and an incredible asset to Lexus of Bridgewater! His passion for the vehicles and his focus on satisfying the customer is unmatched by any dealership I have ever visited. He will go above and beyond to ensure the customer has the best experience possible in purchasing a new Lexus. He also stays involved with his customers after delivery of the vehicle and makes himself available to assist with any issues, whether is be with understanding a feature of the vehicle or helping with a service issue. He really goes above and beyond for his customers. Also, Lexus of Bridgewater has the best service department of any dealership I have ever dealt with. They are professional, courteous and will make sure your service experience is easy and to your satisfaction. They also stay in touch on a regular basis to make sure you are satisfied with your vehicle and to remind you when service is needed. I wish all dealerships would learn from Lexus of Bridgewater. When it came to negotiating the price of the car he was able to give us the best deal possible as we knew from research on the internet. We met his general manager, Ron Joffe, who was wonderful to work with and one of the nicest individuals we have ever met in the car industry having bought over 30 new cars over the years. I cant say enough about how happy we are with Bridgewater Lexus. More
DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!! My wife and I went to this dealership today, Aug 14, 2010 and we had a terrible experience! First, we dealt with a sales rep on the phone who was abrasive, rude and sarcas this dealership today, Aug 14, 2010 and we had a terrible experience! First, we dealt with a sales rep on the phone who was abrasive, rude and sarcastic. Then when we complained to the internet sales manager, she referred us to another sales rep who didn't seem interested in working with us. At the end, when my wife was walking out she overheard the sales reps making condescending, demeaning and arguably sexually harassing remarks....which resulted in my wife walking out in tears!! I called corporate and filed a complaint and we have decided to lease our car from Mercedes because they not only gave us a good deal but treated us with respect. DO NOT GO TO LEXUS OF BRIDGEWATER!!! If you have to or want to purchase/lease a Lexus, I recommend Warnock Lexus in Whippany on Rt. 10. I plan on telling everyone I know about this experience. More

The dealership is good about having loaners available and when you are in the service area free wifi lets me get work done while waiting in comfort. More
My husband and I had been looking for a pre-own certified Lexus RX350 for almost a year. We found a few that seemed to meet our needs, but when we researched the dealership and sales team, the reviews did n Lexus RX350 for almost a year. When I found this 2008 Lexus RX350 at the Lexus of Bridgewater dealership, we immediately checked out the reviews. I was very impressed with both the tremendous reviews of the Bridgewater Lexus location and the overwhelming ratings for Joe Fass. Now that we have had our own car purchasing experience with Joe Fass, we too can validate the outstanding reviews are extemely warranted. We can definitely justify passing many other Lexus dealers and traveling over two hours to Bridgewater Lexus was priceless. My husband and I are totally ecstatic about our car buying experience with Joe Fass at Lexus of Bridgewater. He is an extremely knowledgeable person, not only with the “Lexus” vehicles he represents, but how to give a customer an enjoyable and successful buying experience. From the time we spoke to Joe on the phone about what our wants and desires were for a Lexus RX, to meeting Joe in person to test drive the Lexus RX we were contemplating on purchasing, to even today having Joe reaching out to us after our purchase of our 2008 Lexus RX350 to see if we are totally happy and if we have any questions or concerns, Joe is a true professional and the best salesperson we have ever met. As a realtor, I know that customer service is a number one priority to retaining and getting new clients. There is no greater compliment from a client than getting a referral. Needless to say we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Joe to anyone and everyone who is considering purchasing a Lexus vehicle. More
The reason I rated this dealership so high is because of their salesman Joe Fass. He is the only reason that I would continue to deal with this dealership. I had an issue which he did resolve for me with no their salesman Joe Fass. He is the only reason that I would continue to deal with this dealership. Is it possible to rate this dealer 6 out of 5? We showed up to look at an 06 Rx hybrid that had a pretty competitive price compared to some of the other lexus dealers. After taking a stroll around the lot, we were blown away by the sticker prices on the other vehicles, and ended up walking out with an 08 instead. We really appreciated the no-haggle prices at this dealership-it took away the negotiation element of the sale, which had proven to be rather unpleasant at other lexus dealers earlier that week. You would think that the lexus dealer with great prices would possibly skimp on other elements of the buying process to make up for that, such as poor customer service, shaky vehicles, etc... Not so! Our rx was one of the cleanest we've seen on a cpo lot, with new tires and everything perfect. We did note one VERY minor issue (especially compared to other lexus dealers, one of which showed me a "like-new" rx with a stained rear seat, yellow stained carpet, scratched up door handles and a dead battery!) where two plastic clips that fit over the seat rails were missing. As soon as I emailed the issue, a couple days after taking delivery, Joe was quick to UPS the replacements out that same day, after explaining that the detailers do such a thorough job that they removed all of these elements to get every inch of the carpet spotless before delivery. Fantastic! Which leads me to Joe-can't say enough about our dealer. I imagine that the dealer made a less-than-average profit than their average deal, but in no way was that reflected in the treatment we received from the sales staff. Joe was great to deal with-he knew every detail of the rx we were purchasing, and made the test-drive experience a blast. Once we took care of all the paperwork, Joe took almost two hours explaining all of the features of the car to my wife. I had dealt with six separate lexus salesmen at six other dealers prior to coming to an agreement with Joe. None were even in the same league in terms of product knowledge and professionalism. What a tremendous experience buying my first car from a dealer! I will buy my next car from Joe Fass. More

Joe Fass and Lee Halpert are two very patient and knowledgeable individuals that made my purchase easy. They are both a cut above the typical car sales people and they treat you like family.
