Mary is always available and extremely accomodating. She makes me feel as if I am always her most important customer and understands that my time is valuable and better spent at places other than the dealer makes me feel as if I am always her most important customer and understands that my time is valuable and better spent at places other than the dealership. Very early morning appointments are always available on short notice and if the wait is going to be of any length, a loaner car is offered. She is one of the primary reasons that I continue to buy a Lexus (just bought my third one). More
I am very happy with this dealership. I believe my husband is on his 4th car and I'm on my third. We always deal with Peter Chan and he is always most helpful. Even though we moved to the shore from Martinsville over 2 years ago, we still bring our cars to Bridgewater Lexus for service, even though it's over an hour drive. The main reason is the wonderful service department and, most especially, Mary Williamson. Mary has always gone above and beyond and always does it with such cheerfulness. I see how hard she works to make everyone feel comfortable, and she makes you feel like you are the most important customer. If it weren't for Mary, we would probably take our cars to a closer Lexus dealership, probably in Freehold. More
Mary is terrific. She makes me feel like she is working for me, and not the dealership. I don't know of any one who cares more about her customers personally and professionally, and I always have a great e for me, and not the dealership. In my past experience, having to get my car serviced is like having to go to a dentist. BUT, going to Lexus service and being serviced by MARY is like going to a country club, where I feel like I can re like having to go to a dentist. I am ALWAYS greeted with a warm smile by all. Mary NEVER keeps me waiting, gets right down to business and oftentimes, Wes will come out to discuss any problems I may be having with the car. I have been a customer for over 15 years and the reason I continue to return is due to the attention and detail Mary Williamson gives to my car. I drive away knowing I'm safe. I have and will continue to recommend her as my "go to" service person. She gets the job done in a timely and professional and friendly manner. Lexus is LUCKY to haver her on their staff. More
