Prior to this experience, buying a car was to me as painful an experience as having a root canal. However, Joe Fass changed my perspective completely. Joe told us that "buying a car should be fun" and indeed it was. Although my husband, David, and I purchased a pre-owned Lexus, Joe treated us as if we were buying a $70,000 car. As Joe says, "I treat my customers the way I would want to be treated". He succeeded in this and in providing service beyond our expectations. From the test drive where he showed us the many features of the Lexus ES to his tour of the maintenance area and customer lounge he made us feel welcome. Also, Joe introduced to everyone we encountered putting us at ease and gave us insight into the post-purchase service of the Bridgewater Lexus dealership. We made several trips to the dealership before our actual purchase. Joe was very supportive of our methods to reach a decision, ie. test driving other non-Lexus cars before making our choice. He was patient, supportive and non-intimidating as we returned three times that Saturday and helped us to negotiate a price within our budget and giving us confidence that we had chosen the right vehicle for our needs. We were very pleased to work with Joe, and would certainly recommend him and Bridgewater Lexus to our friends and family. His professionalism, understanding, and kindness, not to mention his sense of humor were most appreciated. It was our best car buying experience ever ! Because dealer was officially closed by the time we bought the car. Manager Tim cleaned the car for us himself and dirtied his suit. He also told us to go there again soon so that they can fully clean and wax the car for us. Wayne spent enough time explaining to us the function of the car. If I buy car again, I will go to them.
