We wanted to purchase a new 2011 Lexus RX 350 for my wife and only went to look at colors. From the moment we walked in to the showroom, we were never pressured and had a great experience with Jerrell Alexander, our salesman, and continuing with Lee Halpert, the general sales manager. They were always pleasant and extremely accomodating. We would not hesitate to use Lexus of Bridgewater for future purchases. More

Joe explained all the options and incentives available to me, answered all my questions, and gave a detailed overview of the vehicle's functions. All this, as well as his upbeat personality contributed to my decision to remain a Lexus customer. The Service Department is also another reason why I'm a returning Lexus customer. The service people always explained any work/maintenance required on my vehicle. The availability of a loner vehicle is a pleasant perk if long service required. More importantly, Joe treated me like a client rather than a customer. He spent alot of time with me demonstrating various features and functions of different Lexus models. Moreover, he arranged for me to drive several models and helped me to understand the differences in each. Working with Joe was a pleasure - a far different experience from working with sales staff at other dealerships. Joe obviously takes great pride in Lexus of Bridgewater and in Lexus products. He really seems to enjoy working with his "clients" and that is a refreshing change - it made the difference for me and sold me on a Lexus automobile as well as this dealership. More

Engineering, functionality, reliability, comfort (I'm 6'5")and value.....I couldn't ask for better. Second, I've never experienced a better dealership to do business with than Lexus of Bridgewater. Max Campbell was (and is) my salesperson. Actually, he has been more of an advisor than a salesperson and Lexus is lucky to have him! The service department is unlike anything I've ever experienced. Professional, honest, fair-priced, clean and comfortable are characteristics that come to mind. Overall, a role-model operation! More
