Sirad was great to work with. He took the time to show me all of the cars I had interest in and there was no pressure. Prior to visiting this Lexus dealer we had gone to Infiniti and the salesperson was r me all of the cars I had interest in and there was no pressure. Prior to visiting this Lexus dealer we had gone to Infiniti and the salesperson was rude and very high pressure. I went into Lexus expecting the same and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. After deciding on a vehicle we determined that the windshield was cracked and satellite was missing even though we were told it was in the car. Sirad didn't hesitate, he said the windshield would be replaced and the satellite would be installed at no cost. He followed up as promised the next week to set up the appointment. I would definetly recommend this dealership and Sirad to anyone interested in a Lexus. More
The dealership and service garage are close to my home. Outstanding service at every level. Joe Fass has set me up with four leases of Lexus vehicles. We keep coming back due to his attention to the customer, knowledge of the product and sincere desire to ple up with four leases of Lexus vehicles. It is with extreme pleasure that I write this review describing my recent experiences of leasing a new 2007 and 2011 Lexus ES-350 from the sales team at Lexus of Bridgewater. First and foremost, I w describing my recent experiences of leasing a new 2007 and 2011 Lexus ES-350 from the sales team at Lexus of Bridgewater. First and foremost, I wanted to inform all of you that I have negotiated, bought and/or leased many new cars over the years. I’m sorry to say that most of those experiences have not been very pleasant. All of that changed however when I first met Mr. Lee Halpert back in 2004 when I leased an Infiniti G-35 from him at another dealership here in New Jersey. Lee was the constant professional. He was genuinely concerned about my past experiences and enlightened me to the fact that the car buying experience can be an enjoyable one which it certainly turned out to be. In August of 2007 our lease on the G-35 was about to expire and my wife and I decided a change was needed and we wanted to test drive the Lexus ES-350. We went to Lexus of Bridgewater and were so pleasantly surprised when Lee came out to greet us! This had to be fate as I knew I was in good hands. Lee assured us that there wasn’t a better car on the market and after our test drive he was so right! What a beautiful automobile! It is the best car my wife and I have ever driven! Lee gave us a fantastic deal and we were sold. What we didn’t know at the time was how great the service department at Lexus of Bridgewater is! We had a few minor issues and brought them to the attention of the Service Manager, Mr. Ron Gwinnett. Ron and his staff have always been extremely courteous and professional and are always diligent in servicing the car as soon as possible. On the occasion when I needed a loaner vehicle to service my car they actually drove it out to my home It doesn't get any better than that! Due to the ongoing negative news of our economy, I was very hesitant about possibly leasing another ES-350 as our 2007 lease was nearing its end of term. We called Lee and he informed us that he could work within our budget. My wife and I went to the showroom this past Saturday, December 18, 2010, and once we started to speak to Lee and his sales associate Kurt Stokley, all of my doubts were erased as I knew Lee had our best interests at heart. He always does and what an awesome feeling that is in this day and age! We drove away in our brand new 2011 ES-350. If you want to be treated like royalty with a no hassle best price and a service department that will take care of all of your needs, don't walk, RUN to Lexus of Bridgewater. You'll be glad you did! Lexus of Bridgewater was by far the most pleasant shopping experience among all of the dealerships. More specifically, our experience with Joe Fass was tremendous. Given that this was our first purchasing experience, Joe was very attentive and respectful of our naivety. He made the shopping experience very comfortable and I would recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a Lexus. More
After thinking about it for a couple years, I decided After thinking about it for a couple years, I decided this was the year I was going to give my wife a "December to Remember". I reached out to Lexus of Bridgewater via email on 12/13 and scheduled a test drive for the following day. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by my salesman, Mr. Joe Fass. We talked for a short time then headed out for the test drive. Joe already knew what vehicle I wanted as my previous email was communicated to him from the internet sales dept. I originally wanted an IS250C. After the test drive, I told Joe I felt the 250 was underpowered and that I had to have the IS350, oh and one more thing, the IS350 had to be a 2011 NOT a 2010, and, wait that’s not all, it had to be white with black interior. Here is where things could have gone south in a hurry: Lexus of Bridgewater did not have a 2011 IS350C white with black interior in their extensive inventory. Joe enlisted the help of other Lexus of Bridgewater professionals and, proceeded to call area Lexus dealers, then Lexus dealers in the northeast, continuing along the entire east coast and culminating with calls as far west as Chicago and Texas, to no avail. They were only able to locate one (1) IS350C white/black and it was "on the boat" and would not be here until around the 1st of January. I was devastated. Joe assured me he would continue searching and that there was one more remote chance of pulling this off. It seems sometimes dealers hold certain hot cars off of their inventory list. There is a sort of shadow inventory that isn't visible to the regular computer system. He explained that they would continue searching and he'd do everything possible to help me pull this off. The following day, 12/15, at 2:00 PM, Joe called with good and bad news. The bad news was that the car on the boat wasn't going to be here until after the 1st of the year. The good news: he found the exact car in another dealer's shadow inventory and it would be ready by Friday 12/17!!!!!!!!! Bravo, Joe...BRAVO!!! Obviously, when you go to purchase a Lexus, you have pretty high expectations as to what the overall experience should be like. The bar was extremely high when I walked through the door. Joe Fass exceeded my high expectations at every point in the process. I truly appreciated his hard work and professionalism as he helped me accomplish a dream. An outstanding sales professional like Joe is and asset, not just to Lexus of Bridgewater, but to the entire company and brand that is Lexus. Can you guess who I'll be calling for my next vehicle? I decided to sell my wife's car privately he was able to work around my schedule and had her car sold on a Tuesday and took Delivery of her 2008 IS 250 on Wednesday. While every single other dealer (3) was simply trying to get me to agree to a credit application before they would even consider talking numbers, Wayne was kind enough to see if the price I was willing to pay per month would work assuming I was able to get the 2.9% financing (I was!!). Did I mention he did all of this over the phone. No high pressure telling me, come down we will make it work. I got the deal I wanted, in the time I needed. Without stepping into the dealer, until I took delivery of course! They seem to know the have the best service and the best price, and they don't need to force someone in the door and into a credit application. If your truly interested in a New or Used Lexus, give them a call. Keep up the good work Wayne A and L More
I was driving a LS460 for 15 months...car was in for normal service. I mentioned to the Service Rep that as much as I loved me car (who wouldn't??) I missed driving a SUV. Salesman called me and when I picked up my car, I test drove a GX. Somehow I drove home the same day in a new GX...and I know I will love it. I will continue to do business with Bridgewater for as long as I live in NJ. They do not pressure....but rather full of good information. I don't drive a hard bargain as I'm at a stage in my life where I just want to be happy..and every time I deal with Bridgewater for service, it's a very pleasant experience. As for the quality of the car...they are amazing. Lee and his team were great to deal with....will be seeing them again in 2011 as my husband will be looking.... More
I just picked up a new 2011 Lexus RX 350 from Lexus of Bridgewater. This is the 5th new Lexus I've purchased from the dealership. In fact, I had just purchased a 2010 RX 350 in August 2009, only 15 mont Bridgewater. This is the 5th new Lexus I've purchased from the dealership. In fact, I had just purchased a 2010 RX 350 in August 2009, only 15 months ago. I wasn't even in the market to get a new vehicle as I had been completely satisfied with my 2010 RX. Then, I got a call from Joe Fass, who has sold me all of my previous Lexus vehicles. Joe was calling to see how I was enjoying my 2010 RX (something he does more often than simply a week after you buy a car from him). He was also calling to tell me that Lexus was offering an incentive for owners of 2010 RX 350s to trade-in their 2010 for a new 2011. Joe told me he could put me in a new 2011 RX AND also reduce my monthly payment. I kept asking him what the "catch" was, but there wasn't one. In fact, Joe told me he was doing the exact same thing as he also had a 2010 RX. As usual, Joe made everything very simple and very clear. As a result, I picked up my new 2011 RX yesterday and have a lower monthly payment as well! This kind of outstanding customer service and relationship with Joe Fass and Lexus of Bridgewater will ensure that I won't go anywhere else when I'm ready for a new vehicle....or Joe calls with another great deal! We wanted to purchase a new 2011 Lexus RX 350 for my wife and only went to look at colors. From the moment we walked in to the showroom, we were never pressured and had a great experience with Jerrell Alexander, our salesman, and continuing with Lee Halpert, the general sales manager. They were always pleasant and extremely accomodating. We would not hesitate to use Lexus of Bridgewater for future purchases. More
