Joe Fass is the guy that you want to look for if you are looking for a Lexus. After looking at other's review on Joe I think I do NOT have to repeat what everyone has gone through with him. I do NOT intend to get a Lexus but rather a Volvo or Acura in the beginning after just seeing the cars in the showroom. However, Joe has presented the car so well that he made himself and the Lexus vechicle stood out from all other competitors. I still cannot figure out how to get the garage door opener to work on the vechicle, but Joe has just left me a voice mail to see if I have question with the newly purchased. I think he is also checking to see if I have taken the time to give the feedback he well deserved... so here it is for the one who can sell anything he believed in! More

I went to this dealer to consider the purchase of a 2011 Lexus under the Costco new car buying service. I found the dealership to be upfront about the cost of the new car under this program and very accomm Lexus under the Costco new car buying service. They were respectful and were eager to please both before and after I purchased the vehicle. I would recommend others to this dealership. More
My wife went to Lexus of Bridgewater to test drive a RX350, and Joe gave her a very detailed introduction of the car. But he was always patient and polite, and willing to stay late to accommodate our schedule. He even took a picture and mailed it to us when we took delivery of the car. More
Went to showroom to see newer cars. Met with Joe Fass who had sold me my prior auto. Joe was personable, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all questions, took me for test drive and explained all op had sold me my prior auto. Joe was personable, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all questions, took me for test drive and explained all options on the LS460. Joe spent a tremendous amouont of time going into detail on all areas of concern. His honesty and integrity in the past and during this visit enabled me to purchase the LS460. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Joe Fass to all my acquaintances. Had several more questions after driving car home and Joe met with me the following day and once again went over particulars on optional equipment. Would also highly recommend Andy Watson in service department for his total customer focus and care for all my service needs. These are the gentlemen who know how to interact with a customer to get total customer satisfaction. More
It is truly an amazing thing when a customer leaves a service center at a dealership occasionally spending tons of money for an unexpected repair and leave feeling good. I have owed several Lexus vehicles, but my wife has been committed to Acura. She was getting ready to buy one when I suggested she take a look at a Lexus. He was so good at answering her questions and explaining the advantages of Lexus (without knocking Acura)that my wife walked out with a new Lexus that day. I have dealt with Joe for about 15 years and have always been very happy with the way I have been treated. HE IS THE BEST! More
I stopped by Lexus of Bridgewater on my way home from another appointment to look at the RX350, not necessarily to buy one that day. I had done quite a bit of homework and knew that the Lexus RX350 was another appointment to look at the RX350, not necessarily to buy one that day. I had done quite a bit of homework and knew that the Lexus RX350 was one of the vehicles that I was considering. The sales consultant assigned to me, Joe Fass, spent more than 2 hours reviewing all of the features of the RX350, both in the dealership and in the car itself. I was especially interested in safety features since I have a new granddaughter and often travel with my dog. Joe also took me for a test drive on some very bumpy roads as well as Route 22. I was very impressed with both the car itself Joe's ability to explain everything and answer all of my questions. He also took me the the service department where everyone was friendly and accommodating. I left the dealership with a good price for the RX350 equipped the way I wanted as well as a "minimum" price for trading in my BMW 330XI. I had intended to look at another vehicle the next day, but changed my mind since I was so impressed with the RX 350. I left a message for Joe the next day with my color selection. When he returned my call to confirm my choices and arrange for pickup, he told me that he was able to get a better price for my trade-in. I picked up my new RX 350 yesterday. Again, everyone with whom I dealt was very pleasant and professional. Joe spent more than an hour reviewing the basics with me, especially the navigation system. He also set up the satellite radio with my selections, synced my cell phone with bluetooth and loaded my contacts. He told me to call him anytime if I couldn't remember something and/or if I had any additional questions. I'm sure that I will take him up on that offer! Overall, my experience with Lexus of Bridgewater and with Joe Fass was very positive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a new Lexus. More
