At no time did I feel pressure to make a decision and once I did you handeled everything in a professional manner. I absolutely love my 2011 Lexus ES350. Having driven Jaguars and BMW's for years I was pleasantly surprised by how well this car handles and the comfort it provides. As you know my husband is a very big man and even he is comfortable in this car.
