We love our Lexus! It has been almost 6 months since our family purchased our used 2008 Lexus GX460 from Lexus of Bridgewater, and I am finally filling out this survey. I was raised to be a skeptical car buyer, so every ounce of me was unsure about how Joe Fass could have found "the perfect car" for us. We have been loyal Toyota drivers for years, and came to Lexus only when our most recent 2001 Highlander had racked up almost 200,000 miles. It was still running fine, so there was no immediate pressure to buy. I had always thought about upgrading to the Lexus models, (for a little more luxury!) but being a practial consumer and Mom to two active little ones, just wasn't sure this was the time. Now, I am sorry we waited. The car WAS perfect for us...low mileage, plenty of room, and Lexus of Bridgewater really delivered on making it feel like brand new. Joe Fass had his work cut out for him in making me feel comfortable throughout the process, but he held my hand every step of the way, and I can truly say we are completely satisfied and absolutely love our Lexus! Sirad was very knowledgable, personable and even came in on his day off to help us - we were extremely pleased with the bottom line of our HS250h. Walked into this dealership, and in one hr walked out with my new car. The treated me better then I had ever been treated in a dealership. Took car in for service. Right front shock needed to be replaced. Since this is a fleet car it needed approval before repair could be completed. Staff kept us informed about status of car. The mechanic replaced. Since this is a fleet car it needed approval before repair could be completed. Staff kept us informed about status of car. The mechanic had originally stated a switch needed to be replaced but after installing the shock discovered the switch was functional and didn't need replacing. He could have easily replaced the switch, charged us for it and we would have paid without question. We feel the staff at this dealership shows integrity and pride everytime we go there. We currently have two cars we service only at this dealership. We plan to buy our next vehicle from them and have it serviced there. More
