I have been a customer for 16 years and have had an excellent experience throughout. Ron Amerson has been my Service Advisor the whole time and thanks to his guidance we have kept my 2009 RX350 in g excellent experience throughout. He did a great job matching what I told him I wanted and made the process smooth and easy. I would have liked there to have been more inventory available at the dealership to be able to make comparisons in person. Having spent some time making comparisons on the Lexus website, I had a pretty firm idea of what I wanted and was able to match that with a vehicle at the dealership. Relationships with the people there are what makes all the difference. That is what has made me comfortable in placing my trust in Lexus and Birmingham for 16 years. More

I ordered a Lexus UX 250 H from this dealership. Tony was great however the vehicle was delivered with one key fob and I was not told about this in advance. After numerous text with the manager of net sales Brandt I finally got a key fob had it programmed and sent the invoice to the dealership and now they do not want to pay for this nor responding. More
