My big complaint was the dealership deception in the customer usage of the Kelly Blue Book calculator on their webpage for the trade in value as they were unwilling to offer even close to the calculate customer usage of the Kelly Blue Book calculator on their webpage for the trade in value as they were unwilling to offer even close to the calculated value . They should either not put this on their webpage or be willing to abide by the calculation. This was very upsetting . I felt as if I was being pressured to make a hasty decision during the negotiation as they were telling me that other customers were looking at the vehicle at that time with a desire to purchase it as I was negotiating . The entire purchasing process was very stressful and unpleasant . I did , however, like our sales consultant , Rich Quarles , and found him to be very helpful and professional . More
