My wife contacted this dealer about an '09 GMC Arcadia that was listed at a fair price, she asked Shirley to give her relevant info on the vehicle, Shirley had no information to offer. None. Very unprofessional. My wife explained that we live in Dothan and would like to either have car delivered or meet half way and gave them an offer on price. Shirley explained that they were a no "haggle deal, but thank you for your offer". Shirley did not want to entertain the phone call any longer but when pressed she said she would take the information to the manager and someone would call her back. Several hours passed with no phone call from the dealership so I called them myself and spoke to Quinton. I further explained the true interest we had in purchasing the vehicle "sight unseen!" And that we would pay asking price including tax, title & fees, also that we are paying in cash. We still have no heard anything further from this dealer. Very unprofessional. More
Saw there a 2010 Lexus RX350 silver with 96K miles, was priced at 25,500 + fees. I wasn't even haggling on the price, just wanted to buy it over. Called Quintin Little and asked about car, and expalined them, Im buying this car without seeing it, since Im in Texas and they are located in Alabama. Wanted to make sure that the car hasnt been in an any kind of accident since the carfax and autocheck was clear and asked them about Vin stickes labels which indicates that all the parts are original. There are 8 of them, 4 on every door, 2 on front fenders, 1 on the hood and 1 on the trunk. anyways, asked quintin to chec them for me, he was like, the car isnt there, its in body shop, they are just checking them, i can assure you that the car hasnt been in an any kind of accident bla bla bla. Believed their words and sent 2,000$ deposit online. Calling them everyday, before paying of remaining amonut to make sure that all labels are present, then after tireless 1 week they sent me to Joe Straub, who is really mean guy. after more 2 days, they tell me that, car's one passenger door was replaced and painted. OK, but they could have told me this before i sent the money to them, isnt it? Now its been like 2 weeks, since i wasted my time, money and efforts. Its really hard to reach them, eventhough i leave a voicemail everyday and email them everyday. Waiting for refund of my money, they havent refunded it back yet. P.S: I still love Lexus, but this 2 guys are making hard to work with Lexus anymore, so i will say 1 out of 5 for this dealership that they hired this mean, unprofessional guys! My salesman, Joe Zegarelli, was warm friendly and provided valuable information about the pros and cons of each car I was considering. I am pleased with my purchase and I have recommended Tom Williams Lexus of Birmingham to several of my friends here in Atlanta. More
