Helpful, kind, and easy to work with I talked to a chat person ( Susan) with Tom Williams internet dept and in chatting told her the car I was interested in (2013 white Lexus RS 350 SUV I talked to a chat person ( Susan) with Tom Williams internet dept and in chatting told her the car I was interested in (2013 white Lexus RS 350 SUV) she informed me that there were not any meeting my criteria but she would keep in touch and let me know when one came in. As we talked, she said, You know I just got notice that a car exactly what you want just came available. I told her I would be there is one and one half hour, got in the car, picked up a friend and was at the dealership in record time. I looked at the car, test drove it with Robert Cunningham, and proceeded to buy. The time of arrival was around 12 by 4:30 had purchased the car and drove home and I DEARLY LOVE THE CAR. Have had the car for a short time now and all seems to be great! Would highly recommend Susan to chat with. I find her very helpful, tenacious, friendly and completely interested in helping you. Never trade-in your car here. Tom Williams dealerships have a policy of under pricing trade-in value by $2500.00 per vehicle. This under pricing is based on determinable established wholesale market price. I wished to trade-in 2011 Hyundai wholesale value $30,000 based on Carmax cash offer, but Tom Williams only offered trade-in for $27,500.00. Also wished to trade-in 2004 Lexus LS 430 with a Carmax cash offer of $9500, but Tom Williams only offered trade-in of $7,000. Irrespective of relative value of trade-ins, each trade-in offer was $2,500.00 below clear wholesale value. I refused to trade-in either car or to buy from Tom Williams. I sold each car for cash to Carmax at the higher wholesale price. Got a much better purchase price from Atlanta dealers plus the extra $2500.00 for each of the two cars I traded. Saved over $7,000 by NOT dealing with Tom Williams. More

Should treat everyone the same and work hard for them.. Will stay in our own County where they care about their customers.. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM. More
This service center pushes you into buying maintenance that is not needed on your car. The first time I was talked into changing my oil and having full maintenance when it was not time. I had just gotten the car used and was not familial with the lexus maintenance and what actually needed to be done so the adviser took advantage and talked me into doing everything even things that were not needed (so I found out later). Now 1 year later my car is no longer under manufacture warranty but I need my oil changed. I called and they are trying to force me into getting another $500 maintenance package that I am not interested in. I told the lady I was not interested and she pretty much told me that my file would be "marked" as non-compliant with the maintenance schedule. I understand that is the way things are but my car is already out of warranty so why threaten me with this? She spoke to me as if I was a ignorant and was being cheap because I didn't want to pay another $500 when all I called to schedule was an oil change. More
This was the absolute worst car buying experience I've ever had! I called about a used car they had listed online. The car was available so we drove 1 hr & 1/2 to the dealership on a Friday night. After test driving the car, we loved the car and went in to sign all paperwork. We were already pre-approved so the time on paperwork should've been minimal. The salesperson, Mr. Gary Mugnier, came back to me after the paperwork was signed and told me that after speaking with my finance company, they were going to require me to pay the taxes to my county first (I live out of state) and then I could take ownership of the car! This made no sense to me! But then was told that if I financed through their dealership, no problems! After waiting around for another hour or so and by this time it was late, he explained they were going to have to call in some favors Saturday am to get the deal worked (again I was already pre-approved). He also assured me the car would be put around back, not to be sold and he would personally drive the car to me. I called my finance company Saturday a.m. only to find out no one had called them from the dealership Friday night! I was to receive a phone call from him that morning, but never heard from him. After leaving a message for him, he finally returned my call around 2 p.m. and said they were still trying to get through all the requirements. I already had been lied to numerous times at this point by Mr. Mugnier and also one of the Managers. I had little faith in them, but really wanted the car. I called and asked for a Manager because I had a bad feeling about the whole deal and it was confirmed that they sold the car first thing Saturday morning! Instead of being honest with me, Mr. Mugnier lied to me all the while the car was sold! Even after demanding to speak to the General Manager, I was left feeling that they could care less that I had been treated so poorly! I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone! My reason for writing this review is hopefully to keep another consumer from being treated this way in the future by Tom Williams Lexus! More
I recently bought a 2011 Dodge ram from Tom Williams Lexus in Irondale. And I will say that my experience was awsome. Great people, great service, and they got me exactly what I wanted...payments, inter Lexus in Irondale. And I will say that my experience was awsome. My wife contacted this dealer about an '09 GMC Arcadia that was listed at a fair price, she asked Shirley to give her relevant info on the vehicle, Shirley had no information to offer. None. Very unprofessional. My wife explained that we live in Dothan and would like to either have car delivered or meet half way and gave them an offer on price. Shirley explained that they were a no "haggle deal, but thank you for your offer". Shirley did not want to entertain the phone call any longer but when pressed she said she would take the information to the manager and someone would call her back. Several hours passed with no phone call from the dealership so I called them myself and spoke to Quinton. I further explained the true interest we had in purchasing the vehicle "sight unseen!" And that we would pay asking price including tax, title & fees, also that we are paying in cash. We still have no heard anything further from this dealer. Very unprofessional. More
