I had a deposit down on a new car coming in but decided to back out last minute because the wait was up to 6 weeks out and a new body style was rumored to be coming out soon. Decided I wanted to wait and see what the new style would be before dropping 60k plus. When I told my sales associate Gary Williams this he was completely rude to me and refused to speak to me. I understand he lost that sale and that made him upset but a good sales agent would never act that way towards a customer. I Ended up buying a brand new car from a different dealership within a month. He could’ve had a sale from me eventually if he knew how to treat his customers! More
