The sales was wishy washy from the start. We were told about the one that we were interested in but wasn’t allowed to view it, drive it, and wasn’t told the price. The salesman called and said that we could see it but still didn’t know the price. Michelin tire were on the car and the salesman told us that the tires would be replaced with Michelin,but they were replaced with Yocohama. The Yocohama may be a decent tire but my husband preferred the Michelin tires. My husband has called the salesman (Justan). and left messages and you can’t leave a voicemail at the dealership. WE ARE SO DISAPPOINTED WITH LEXUS OF BHM!

I am very unhappy with the service I was given at this dealership for it to be high end car dealership. I feel like I was robbed and had to pay for a service I didn’t get..Shantron Frazier was very disrespectful and the service director Kevin Frazier never returned my calls after the fact. I need this issue resolved. I was being sent out in a car with the tire light on, the oil light on and the brake lights still on . 1700 for 17 minutes of work. Please explain how this is so..
