I gave the dealership $1,000 to hold a vehicle for me that was “already in the pipeline”. This vehicle was already coming in to inventory and my hold had no effect on the dealership. I notified the deale that was “already in the pipeline”. This vehicle was already coming in to inventory and my hold had no effect on the dealership. I notified the dealership that would not be able to drive this vehicle due to back surgery. I asked the sales person to try to find a different model Lexus. He was unable to satisfy my request. I then went to Lexus of Montgomery who filled my request within a week. They found the vehicle at a dealership in Smyrna GA and I took delivery on February 21st. I’ve contacted both the salesman (Mr. Lewis) and sales manager (Mr. Jones) to return the $1,000 HOLD money. Neither even had the courtesy to respond. I sent an email to the General Manager but that email bounced back to me as undeliverable. Don’t do business here, go to Montgomery. More
