When I first walked into the dealership I had no expectations of the dealership, but by the time I was done buying the car, I felt like the salesperson was intentionally lying to me. I first walked in to buy an RX 350 the sales person met me at the door and told me the only one they had was the one in the lobby. I said that's the only one, he then asked me what I was looking for, so I said a white, he check on the computer and said oh we have one in the back, lie number 1. I then tried to get the trade in value for my Honda so he told me they look at KBB which said it was 2k however, he said he can only offer 1500 without seeing the car. When he thought he was going to lose the sale he offered me 2k for the car only if I signed the agreement for the agreed upon price. I then stated that I thought you couldn't offer me full trade in without seeing the car or get approval from supervisor, he just looked dumbfounded. I used there financing to buy the car with a high FICO score, however, I got an 8.2% rate which is 3 percent higher than my credit union. I will refinance this week because I felt taken advantage through the whole process. More
