Since Lexus discontinued the RX450H, I went to peruse the used cars at Lexus of Austin, where I purchased my previous 450H ten years ago. This car had been immaculately cleaned and Steve personally buffed out some spots I found on the body, going above and beyond to make sure I was 100% pleased with my purchase. As a person who has dealt with sales people over the years, I know a good one when I meet him, and Steve is definitely one of them.
