Having moved to Middle Township after using the Princeton area Lexus for several years, I found the interaction with my service technician and the people working in that area to be professional, attentive an area Lexus for several years, I found the interaction with my service technician and the people working in that area to be professional, attentive and gracious from the moment that I arrived until I paid for service. However when I called to make an appointment, the service person answering the phone seemed annoyed that I was surprised that my urgent car problem could NOT be addressed for approximately one week……since I couldn’t wait I had to seek service from an alternative source. I found the unhelpful attitude and the inability to refer me to an alternative mechanic or offer other suggestions troublesome since my prior 15 years of service at the Princeton Lexus I always felt that I was valued as a customer rather than being treated as a nuisance because I needed assistance prior to a week delay.
