This is the second vehicle I bought from Atlantic City Lexis. Barry treated me like family. I HAD A UNIQUE KIND OF BUYING EXPERIENCE. I HAD JUST HAD TRIPLE FUSION ON MY NECK TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO MY VISIT TO LEXUS OF ATLANTIC CITY. I WAS SHOPPING FOR A NEW SUV, MY SISTER DEB, HAD TO DRIVE FOR ME, SIN TRIPLE FUSION ON MY NECK TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO MY VISIT TO LEXUS OF ATLANTIC CITY. I WAS SHOPPING FOR A NEW SUV, MY SISTER DEB, HAD TO DRIVE FOR ME, SINCE I WAS IN A FULL NECK BRACE. I HAD BEEN TO CADILAC THE DAY PRIOR AND WAS ON MY WAY TO PHILLY FOR MY FIRST DR.'S VISIT SINCE SURGERY. WE STOPPED IN TO LEXUS OF AC AND MET HARRY GRIMLEY RIGHT AWAY, I EXPLAINED MY SITUATION TO HARRY AND HE GOT US INTO A BEAUTIFUL RX 350, WE WORKED OUT THE DETAILS AND PICKED UP THE LEXUS THE NEXT DAY. My experience was excellent starting with the emails reminding me that lease end was approaching right through to closing a deal on a lease. When I entered the door to the dealership we were very pleasa reminding me that lease end was approaching right through to closing a deal on a lease. My wife and I stopped by the dealership to check out the new models and to see what kind of a deal we could put together. I was greeted by Harry, who is a very pleasant person and easy to talk to. He asked new models and to see what kind of a deal we could put together. I was greeted by Harry, who is a very pleasant person and easy to talk to. He asked some basic questions to get a feel for what we were looking for. As a current Lexus owner, I already had a specific vehicle and options in mind. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and comfortable the process was. No 'Dog and Pony Show' going back and forth every 5 minutes with the proverbial 'were do we need to be?'. We were specific on what options and colors we needed on the vehicle, monthly and down payment amounts. Rob and Harry presented a straight deal. The numbers were in the ball park, and we were comfortable with the deal. It was not a vehicle that was currently in inventory, but they were confident that the correct vehicle would be located. Harry was excellent in communicating when the vehicle would be ready for delivery, and the process was seamless. I must also mention that Mike really took the time to go over all the different options available. He really knows the technology side of the vehicle, but also offered some interesting information on some of the design changes over previous models. Everyone did a great job, we enjoyed the experience and are enjoying the ES350 even more. Thanks, Dave Myers More

I recently lost my 2008 Lexus GS due to hurricane Sandy. I did not hesitate to return to lexus of Atlantic City to replace the car. This is my 4th car purchased/leased thru this dealership. Everyone at this dealership does an outstanding job of making the car buying experience a positive one. Everyone seems to be a 'team player' with the focus of making sure you are comfortable and happy and well informed on the products they are presenting.
