We drove about 4 hours from Maryland to check out a used car from this dealer as it was a great deal online. The salesman was trying to sell us the black diamond edition which has 3 accidents on the carfax car from this dealer as it was a great deal online. We finally got to see that car that we want to buy after this and the whole buying process took 6 hours. I also have to let you know that I left several message about my new tag when the temporary tag expired. No return calls upon requested. I finally talked to Nancy, the title clerk, and her exact reply was I have your tag here, but no one told me to sent it to you. This is just a horrible sales service, horrible haggling process and horrible overall experience. I will never buy a car from this dealer again. More
When I and my husband exited our vehicle, Salesman, Branden Franco was right there to greet us with a handshake and a smile. We entered the showroom which was impeccable. We already knew what vehicle we wanted since we used their great website to make our choice. Branden had great knowledge of how all the gadgets and safety features worked on the 2011 Lexus. We had already been pre-approval from a bank however, he suggested that we try and seek financing through the banks that they use, and boy was he right our interest rate drop 4%. While we waited we enjoyed a cappuccino and great conversation. It took us about 3 hours and we were out the door. I must say that everyone was very friendly, even those who were not working with us directly stopped to say hello. This is a wonderful dealership to purchase a Lexus. My 2011 Lexus is in top of the line condition and has a 3 year warranty. I am so happy thanks Branden! More
This is the second Lexus we have purchased from Helen Bitzberger. You will not find a more knowledgeable, caring, and friendly salesperson. Helen listens to your wants and needs and works very hard to Bitzberger. You will not find a more knowledgeable, caring, and friendly salesperson. Helen listens to your wants and needs and works very hard to accommodate them. She is honest and pays attention to details. She handles the entire deal (no speaking with managers over and over), walks you over to Bob (also knowledgeable and efficient with financing details), gets in the new car and explains dials, buttons, and programming displays to your satisfaction. She even takes the tags off your old car (I really think the dealership should have someone do this for their sales personnel!). We are familiar with the excellent Lexus service department and anticipate the same quality of service on our new car. Helen sells new and pre-owned cars so don't hesitate to give her a call. She will promptly return your call and follow up after any purchase. You can stop in any time or make an appointment and she will personally and patiently answer all of your questions. Helen is a first-class salesperson in a first-class dealership. Buying a Lexus from Helen will enhance your buying experience. More
EVERYONE we dealt with was great. None of the games we found dealing with other dealerships. They work with you and give you a good price with out all the haggling we found at other places. Everyone was very nice to deal with and friendly from the service tech, sales person to the manager - everyone took their time to make sure we were helped even if it was not directly their job. The pricing and paper work was done correctly and straight forward. ( we had purchased at other places in the past where they made major pricing errors and the price sheet was convoluted). Overall, a very pleasant experience. More
Just went to Lexus of Atlantic City again to purchase a new car. I had such a wonderful experience there in 2011 when I bought my IS that I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. If you're from out-of-state like me (Maryland), I‘d exercise extreme caution when considering a car from this dealership. I fell in love with a limited edition, older model Lexus RX350 on Lexus of AC's website. I immediately PLACED A DEPOSIT on the vehicle, had my credit union overnight a check to me and had, what seemed like constant/daily communication with a seemingly friendly saleswoman -Helen. On the big day, with a car full of excited family members and nearly 3 hours into our drive, I received a call from Tony Lobello (sales manager) notifying me that there was a computer mishap and somehow my car was accidentally sold to someone else. I called Helen and she confirmed the news. Was there really a mishap or did someone offer more money for MY car? Does it even matter? I was heartbroken, and quite honestly, I cried. 15 minutes away from Lexus of AC’s dealership, I had to turn my car around and head back home to Maryland. The next business day, I fully expected the “let’s make this right” phone call from Lexus of AC , but it never came. This is pretty shocking considering I still held a check made out to their dealership – ready to just hand over to them. At the end of day, I left a voicemail for the General Manager (Ed Sunday). He never returned my call, but most likely forwarded my information to Tony Lobello. Tony called me the next day and after a rocky start to our call, Tony agreed that Lexus of AC had failed me, that I should be compensated appropriately and that he’d come through with a newer car at the same price point. He asked me for my exact car requirements, asked me to give him through the weekend and promised to have something “worth the inconvenience” for me soon. And so I patiently waited. That was on November 19th. As of today, 12/14 , Tony has never called me back. Lexus of AC still has my original deposit for the car they sold someone else still on my credit card. Needless to say folks, I’d look elsewhere. Nightmare. More

Our sales rep Brandon Franco was very helpful to my husband and I, we were unsure what we wanted and Brandon helped us out tremendously with our decision. He made me feel very comfortable and not pressured. He was very helpful. Brandon also was very accommodating, offered us drinks and also offered us pizza which I was very grateful, I haven't eaten all day. (Thank you Brandon). We would also like to thank Tony Labella because with out Tony we would not have gone down to Atlantic City Lexus. He is an asset to this company. We will use Atlantic City Lexus for future purchases, and will recommend to our family and friends. My husband and I look forward to working with Brandon and Tony in the future. More
