He was very friendly, easy to work with, and kept the communication frequent and timely all very important factors to me. He greeted us with a warm welcome and because he was busy helping another customer immediately turned us over to Harry. Harry and Tony gave us a great deal on a beautiful new car and then turned us back over to Franco to finish the paperwork. Franco stayed past closing since our schedules didn't allow us to come back during the week. He was so friendly and helpful, even though it was way past closing time, he ended up staying even longer so he could go over the details of the car and set up the Bluetooth! Bob the Finance Guy was also very helpful and efficient! That night we drove home in a beautiful new vehicle! Thank you Franco, Harry, Tony and Bob! Great experience! More

All the staff members were very professional and knowledgeable. They were very honest about their pricing and play no gimmicks. Tim Rogers was my sales person. He was patient and had a great attitude. That was a busy Saturday and finance office got little backed up. But Ed was constantly checking with me to make sure that I was OK. I visited this dealership to test drive a RX 350 with no intention to buy unless i got a deal I couldn't resist. I dealt with Sean Minor and Harry Grimley and they were the most laid back and intelligent sa intention to buy unless i got a deal I couldn't resist. They were not pushy and were willing and able to answer all of my questions. After my first visit I came back to take delivery of the vehicle and trade in my used car. That process could not have been easier. It took about 3 hours from getting there to drive away with my new RX350. Keep in mind that my fiance wanted to test drive the car again and check it out for about an hour. Everybody was friendly and willing to help us out as we made our decision. I am glad I choose to do business with Lexus of Atlantic City.
