My mind is alwa Like many other consumers out there, I usually spend countless hours researching before I even think about stepping foot on a car lot. My mind is always full of hundreds of questions and fears. Like will I over pay? Will the dealer talk me into a car I cannot afford or even into a lemon? What car do I even want? Once my first phase of researching is completed and I know what model and make I want then it’s off trying to find the right dealer. Now my car that I currently have was bought from a Kia dealer I will not name, but it honestly gave me anxiety for any other dealer. They were always rude and very careless whether I was there for a problem or just for routine maintenance. I would make oil change appointments weeks in advanced just to wait over an hour each time. So long story short I have had bad experiences with dealers. During my search I came across a new listing for a Lexus IS 250 at Lexus of Atlantic City. Soon after I sent over my information I was contacted by Mitch Shapiro. That was a Saturday and I bought the car that Monday. That is exactly how easy the buying process was. I was cheerfully welcomed from every single person that was there. I just felt comfortable. When it came to talking about numbers, Mitch did everything he could to get my payments exactly where I wanted them to be. He as awesome to say the least. Very friendly and just down to earth! I definitely will be buying my next car from Lexus of Atlantic city, and I have being telling everyone I work with and all of my family of this awesome experience. More

Good experience I am a first time Lexus customer who has leased cars from a different manufacturer for many years. My current lease was due in another month so I was I am a first time Lexus customer who has leased cars from a different manufacturer for many years. My current lease was due in another month so I was just shopping around. Met Helen Bitzberger at Lexus of AC in the showroom and she explained the different models available. I test drove two of the cars and settled on a ES350. Back at the office we negotiated a deal which she was able to get approval very quickly with no haggling. I signed the contract for the car and now ended up with two cars and only one driver. Helen drove my car to the other dealership to return it and I followed her with the Lexus. Thanks to the salesman, Ron, we had trust in the dealership from the start. We were given the facts of a lease, which was our only interest, and weren't barraged with conflicting information, which had been our experience at other luxury auto dealers that very week. One small glitch at the end, which could have stopped the deal in its tracks, but did not involve our salesman. We chalked the issue up to a miscommunication between sales and finance. Overall we are more than satisfied with how we were approached by the salesman, greeted by the sales and business manager and other folks in the showroom. If the service department matches the sales department we anticipate being customers for years to come. More

They were so helpful and sympathetic and quickly replaced my car . Recently I had occasion to renew my lease on a new Lexus. My sales person Helen Bitzburger whom I met only that day was like visiting with an old friend it was a very delightful experience and of course when this lease runs out, I will go back for my next car.
