Joe Callahan got the ball rolling then handed us off to Charlie Falkenstein who was ready for us the minute we walked through the door into their beautiful show room. Charlie has outstanding knowledge of not only the Lexus product but of the entire sales process. His tutorial of the many features of our new car provided us with clear and easy direction allowing us to use many of the features on our way home. This is truly an outstanding organization and should definitely be your number one choice when purchasing your next car!!! More
