This is the second vehicle we purchased from this dealer and a second pleasurable experience. Helen is so enthusiastic, knowledgeable and informative about the product she sells. She Lexus is such an enjoyable car to drive, it could sell itself. Helen adds so much "pizzazz" to the vehicle. She made us feel so comfortable with the purchase and she was also very tolerant with our (less than tolerable) insurance company. She adds an upbeat pleasure to this dealership. She truly wanted to make sure that we were happy and called the next morning to make sure we were happy. Joe Callahan was also very easy to work the cost out for us. We are completely happy with the deal Unlike other dealers there was no pushing for a sale. More
