I don't know how to get them to service my 2024 RX 350L when they don't answer their phone and don't return messages. I called the service department twice wiith no call back. I called the Asst. Service Manager and left a message that was not returned and then the next day I called the Service Manager Manager and left a message and e did not return my call. I have been using this dealership to service my Lexuses for many years and have consistently had a problems with them not returning calls. AFtet paying $65,000 for my car this is unacceptable! Lexus should do better. More

Tina was excellent in taking the time to understand the issue of us not having the lock to remove our tire in order to fix the flat. I don’t know how they get any good reviews. Their prices are not competitive with other Lexus dealers. I can’t remember when they returned my phone calls for service on the first attempt. I have to try several times to get someone to make an appointment.for me. I’m moving my service to Lexus of Cherry Hill. They are much more aggressive on sales and hopefully they will return my calls for service. More
