My first service at Lexus of Atlantic City was amazing. When I first called to make my appointment I spoke with Harry, one of their Service Consultants. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by a very personable gentleman who took all of my information and then introduced me to Harry. Sorry I didn’t get the other gentleman’s name but he was all smiles and very professional.Harry was an absolute gentleman and very professional. We shared some good laughs while he was processing my work order. You can tell he and everyone else that was in the service area really enjoy working there. I’m sure ownership is very proud of their team. Thanks for a totally stress free experience from drop off to pick up. Btw… I was provided a loaner vehicle of a brand new Lexus RX350 while mine was in the shop. Complimentary car wash also. Harry even gave me his personal cell number. 5 Star Lexus Service all the way!! More
The Atlantic City Service Department always does a good job for us. They are professional in their work and always let us know if anything may need attention at our next visit. We have been coming here for 20 years and their superior service department was a major factor in deciding to purchase our current car here. More
I don't know how to get them to service my 2024 RX 350L when they don't answer their phone and don't return messages. I called the service department twice wiith no call back. I called the Asst. Service Manager and left a message that was not returned and then the next day I called the Service Manager Manager and left a message and e did not return my call. I have been using this dealership to service my Lexuses for many years and have consistently had a problems with them not returning calls. AFtet paying $65,000 for my car this is unacceptable! Lexus should do better. More

Tina was excellent in taking the time to understand the issue of us not having the lock to remove our tire in order to fix the flat. She not only handled our emergency with in 24 hours but found a lock we issue of us not having the lock to remove our tire in order to fix the flat. I don’t know how they get any good reviews. Their prices are not competitive with other Lexus dealers. I have tried to buy from them on two separate occasions an RX 350 in 2017 and 2023 and a Their prices are not competitive with other Lexus dealers. I have tried to buy from them on two separate occasions an RX 350 in 2017 and 2023 and after giving them every chance, ended up going elsewhere. I can’t remember when they returned my phone calls for service on the first attempt. I have to try several times to get someone to make an appointment.for me. I’m moving my service to Lexus of Cherry Hill. They are much more aggressive on sales and hopefully they will return my calls for service. More
