I recently took my car for regular maintenance at Lexus Ann Arbor, and I must admit I am impressed with the quality of service I received. From the moment I pulled in I was greeted by friendly Amanda and m Ann Arbor, and I must admit I am impressed with the quality of service I received. From the moment I pulled in I was greeted by friendly Amanda and my appointment started right on time . The maintenance team was professional and knowledgeable and explained to me the work they performed and ensured that my car was serviced efficiently and thoroughly. In addition to the quality of service, the waiting area was comfortable and welcoming. They also did an excellent job in cleaning the outside of my car. Overall my car maintenance experience with Lexus Ann Arbor has been excellent. I appreciate the dedication to the quality of service that the team demonstrated and I look forward to future visits. Everything was going great (five stars) as expected until we get to final acceptance. I was quoted a written price/duration for windshield repair/replacement plan. As I was about to accept the plan terms, it we get to final acceptance. I was quoted a written price/duration for windshield repair/replacement plan. As I was about to accept the plan terms, it was manually changed by one of the manager stating he made a mistake by quoting the first price and duration(Two Stars). The new price was higher for less months coverage but I am compelled to buy it as I need the plan. More

It's IMPOSSIBLE to find the car you want with the specs you want these days. So I felt like I won the lottery when I found my car at Lexus of Ann Arbor. Steve Johnson in sales promised me he'd hold on to m you want these days. So I felt like I won the lottery when I found my car at Lexus of Ann Arbor. Steve Johnson in sales promised me he'd hold on to my vehicle for 24 hours, so that I could physically go test drive the car in Illinois before I came from out of state to get it. When I called back to order the car, he informed me it was sold. There was no customer service, no courtesy call to let me know someone else was going to buy it - nothing! Why would I want to buy a car from Steve Johnson at Germain Lexus of Ann Arbor? They don't care about their customers - only about making money! More
