Purchasing a car on a Saturday was not the best idea. The salesperson was very busy trying to balance three customers at one time. Near the 5th hour of our time there, the general manager met with us. The general manager appeared very honest and straightforward and also helpful with our situation. Finding the car we were interested in seemed to be a challenge. We did purchase an RX 350 and so far are very satisfied. More
