Bought a new 2019 Lexus UX200. When the outdoor temperature is above 70 degrees and driven on a less than smooth road there’s a disturbing rattle at my left ear from the window fra When the outdoor temperature is above 70 degrees and driven on a less than smooth road there’s a disturbing rattle at my left ear from the window frame. The sound cannot be replicated in the lower temperature on my first two service visits. I asked that my concern be noted on my file. I bought the car, with less then 8,000 miles on it, for that rattle last month. I was told there was no such record in my file and there would be an $85 charge for checking on it plus the cost of remediation. More
I was recently at Lexus of Ann Arbor looking to purchase a Lexus SUV. I informed the salesman I had vehicle(s) which I was considering trading in , both Mercedes Benz. When I took my MB E350 in for an app a Lexus SUV. I informed the salesman I had vehicle(s) which I was considering trading in , both Mercedes Benz. When I took my MB E350 in for an appraisal, the sales manager test drove it and indicated he was impressed with the overall condition. I was informed by my salesman he would get back with me with a trade in price. It has been several weeks and I have not heard from him. I tried calling and emailing my salesman to follow up and he has failed to respond to my inquires. I decided to review the rating for this dealership and was very shocked/surprised at the amount of negative comments. Based of many of the reviews, it would appear I dodged a potential undesirable situation. More

The dealership was great. I had a great experience with the exception of my salesperson. The finance manager Myles was awesome, the sales manager also awesome, service took care of a small problem I had qu the exception of my salesperson. We had several problems getting the registration paperwork resolved that we paid the dealer to handle. The car had gum stuck into the bottom of the drivers door storage area, and when we peeled of paperwork resolved that we paid the dealer to handle. The car had gum stuck into the bottom of the drivers door storage area, and when we peeled off the sale sticker, it tore the window tinting. Not a very good experience overall. More

Go somewhere else for a used car and stay away from Service I bought a used vehicle there and highly recommend staying away from them for used vehicles, and definitely stay away from the service department. They had done some work on the transmission prior to selling it to me, and did a poor job. The warranty refused to pay for it to be fixed because the problem was pre-existing - caused by Lexus of Ann Arbor! . Now I'm out $3000 and they have refused to help. These folks might be fine on a brand new lexus, but they just don't know what they're doing with other cars. More
