Service mgr Brandon Cueball came at me with clench fists when I asked why they did not fix my car. Bought a new RX359 in 2021. Have a groan on the exhaust. He said they all have the groan. I’m a senior; mechanical enter. I asked to meet the regional service agent. Cueball refused to arrange the meeting. He blocked the Lexus Central office from responding to my request. Hired a lawyer. Another Lexus dealer replaced a smal section of the exhaust. Fixed in less than an hour. Mr Brandon Cueball is an ignorant bully. Has no business working as a service mgr. Stay away from Lexus of Ann Arbor. More
