Today my Service Consultant was Duane Truhn and he was great. Duane knows the auto business, he knows what customers need and how to provide the service in an efficient first rate manner. He has great "people skills", and he's a communicator. Duane is a professional ! If I were manager of an auto dealership, I'd hire Mr. Truhn in a minute and there's nothing better that could be said about a person than that. If this dealership is looking to honor its "employee of the week (month, year)", Mr. Truhn should get the reward. Thanks for being there for me Lexus of Ann Arbor, and Duane Truhn. Jim Miller More

He is extremely knowledgeable about the product and went above my expectations in explaining the features of the car to me and answering my questions. George was forthright and honest when it came to explaining the different models and informing me of the best product for the price. In addition, the Business Manager, Misty Gautz was great to work with. She was very friendly and explained the financing of the car thoroughly. I was thrilled with how easy the whole process was and came away feeling very taken care of. I would highly recommend Lexus of Ann Arbor. More

These gentlemen made me feel so welcome at the service center; even though I did not purchase my Lexus from their dealership. As a woman who has relocated here, I think I can sum up my experience by saying these 2 men exemplified "The Michigan Difference". I feel confident that I will be taken care of, should I need to return for any reason. Do you know how reassuring that is?! I am blessed to have found this dealership. I came in just for an oil change and to check out a noise in the front on the drivers side. I had purchased the car used in NJ (that's where I live) about a year ago. After about a month of driving it I hear in the front on the drivers side. I had purchased the car used in NJ (that's where I live) about a year ago. After about a month of driving it I heard this noise which turned out to be a warped rotor. This was fixed at the dealership in NJ. I had to bring the car in twice because the first time they could't find it. This was my first Lexus and my first SUV. They asked me how I liked it. I told them it was ok but it was horrible on the bumps. I just figured that's how they rode. After the rotor was fixed there still was a noise. I've been driving back and forth to Ann Arbor to see my granddaughter. On this last trip the oil change indicator came on. Instead of driving back to NJ to have it serviced I had it done in Ann Arbor. Good thing because when Dan the service director took it out for a road test on a bumpy road he realized immediately that it needed a new steering column. I can't understand why the dealership in NJ didn't pick up on this. Thank goodness we are all safe and the car rides beautifully. If I decide to get another Lexus I will probably get it at Lexus of Ann Arbor because I trust their service department. Dan is committed to the safety of his customers period. Plus everyone there is so nice. More

I had a lot of questions that your sales representative seemed to be quite informative about. He was able to give me a ballpark range of what the trade in value of my current vehicle would be. He laid out payment options for a couple of the cars I was inquiring about. Mr. Heringhaus seemed to be very knowledgeable about the cars he was showing me. The pros and cons were laid out and I felt like he was there to be an instrument for my use, opposed to just being an car sales man that will tell you anything to get you to buy. Anyways, right now isn't the perfect time for me to purchase a new vehicle, however, in three to six months I think I may be in a better position to purchase. Ramey was INCREDIBLY helpful and keeping me informed with everything that was going on during the process of my repair. He gave me an ETA, and even took me down to the shop floor and explained exactly what everything that was going on during the process of my repair. He also was able to get in contact with the issuer of my warranty to save me hundreds of dollars in repair work that was covered by the warranty. Ram is the best!!! Would highly recommend to anyone.
