John in service was very accommodating. When I arrived in the service area Brandon greeted us promptly and addressed our electric seat issue. He called Russell who very was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were in and out in approximately 15 minutes...PROBLEM RESOLVED. This was a very pleasant experience, contrasted with some of previous visits. Keep up the good change!! Miki H More
Not even one star! I purchased a used Mercedes here. I was offered a warranty the day of sale. I was unsure if my previous car warranty would transfer to the new vehicle. I made the decision to purchase the warranty they offered as Misty informed I would receive a refund less $25 if I cancelled within 30 days. My warranty transferred so I cancelled the warranty. After numerous calls and emails to the warranty company and Misty/Sean (Manager involved) I received a check for less 125.98. Do not buy your car here! Loss of faith in this dealership to make things right. More
Consistently Bad Service I leased my 2016 Lexus RX 350 when they first came out in 2016. I love the car. Ann Arbor Lexus not so much. I have experienced nothing but bad service and bad attitudes from the sales and management staff each time I have gone their for service. Primarily for oil changes, twice for tire replacements. It takes over 2 hours for an oil change and each time I have been approached by a sales person trying to get me to do an early turn in at absolutely to benefit to me! it very annoying. Because I had to wait 2 hours I went ahead and talked to the finance manage who was wearing leggings! and she was the most unpleasant person I have had the displeasure of talking to hands down. Just very unprofessional. There is a factory recall on the airbag sensor and I have been told each time I ask about it that they need to order the part. I get notified by email and mail about this but they are never prepared to make the repair. The staff turnover is really bad, never the same people each time you go. I don't even want to get routine maintenance there anymore at this point. I am going to purchase the car when the lease expires because I love SUV, but I don't really want to deal with them anymore. Sheer incompetence I was visiting Ann Arbor from Mobile AL when the 80k service light turned on. Although they accommodated me next day they took twice the promised 90mi I was visiting Ann Arbor from Mobile AL when the 80k service light turned on. Although they accommodated me next day they took twice the promised 90min time. Also broke the news to me that drive belt is worn out and the engine front cover is leaking oil: 300$ for belt and 3000$ for front cover in addition to 207$ for oil change and 80k inspection which is the only thing I did. Now back home, a Lexus local expert says belt all good and front cover leak is not apparent but there may be some oil on the bottom pan that could be from droppings from prior oil changes. Anyways 95$ total and he pressured washed and hopes that at a later check we don't see any oil leak. Furthermore he found oil cover hanging with one screw on, an engine nut broken, a another cover also hanging. This is just sheer incompetence all over with no thought put in the customer's best interest but just to loot them of their hard earned money. I wouldn't recommend them! More

After finding him and addressing my concerns with my 2017 Lexus 350, I sat in a bleak waiting area for 2+ hours for the 5,000-mile service on my RX 350. Brad did assure me that the AC fan in my vehicle was OK. I had additional concerns about the transmission. When service was complete, a nice service person advised me that my vehicle was ready, Brad never returned to address my concerns with the transmission. I saw him chatting with another employee in the hallway. I continue to feel that the transmission in my RX 350 is periodically "rough". I have had two Toyota RAV4s. Their transmissions were consistently smoother, both upon acceleration and downshifting. More
High turnover, horrible management and owner If an employee lasts more than a year at this location its a miracle. Employee's aren't paid enough, work too many hours and are berated by the owner. Hernando was awesome, giving me a great deal and made the whole buying process quick and pleasant. Everyone in the dealership was pleasant and helpful. They had the car ready, helped me setup the online account and spent more than hour demonstrating all the features of the car. They even drove my old car back to my home and dropped it. I highly recommend Lexus of Ann Arbor and Hernando. More
