I would like to share my recent experience with your dealership, which was very disappointing. I interacted with someone named Derrick/Derris, who was highly unprofessional, provocative, and confrontati dealership, which was very disappointing. I interacted with someone named Derrick/Derris, who was highly unprofessional, provocative, and confrontational. When I raised this matter with the sales manager, Erick, he acknowledged that this individual had no business communicating with customers in such a manner. It is concerning to think this behavior might continue, and I would not be surprised if it escalates with other customers in the future. I would not have considered proceeding with any transaction if I had been addressed this way directly. Please see the attached screenshot as proof of this interaction. More

I always get great Service and there are awesome people working there. 🙂 Had winter tires and an alignment performed for the first time at the dealer and the car handling has vastly improved. I bought my car for service and Lexus service department last week . And they told me that I needed both front and rear brakes replaced and oil pan with a minor link under the engine. They said I had remo last week . And they told me that I needed both front and rear brakes replaced and oil pan with a minor link under the engine. They said I had remove my car engine to get the link. And this was shock you All repaired for cost $6000 to fix. So I decided to go to another auto shop and they quoted I only needed the front brakes replaced and an oil sensor all under $600. Licks may have good cars, but the service apartments a joke I recommend do not go to that dealership. The state should find them for overcharging customers.!. Oh, and by the way, I’m not going to that service department anymore or buy a car from your dealership either cause you’re not recommended and I’ll tell my friends do not go to that dealership either. You just lost me and future customers. Thanks for your pushing the profit margin for your business. More
