Smooth & Easy As a now, first time Lexus owner, this was the easiest new car purchase I've ever experienced! Being a Costco Executive member, I was provided a de As a now, first time Lexus owner, this was the easiest new car purchase I've ever experienced! Being a Costco Executive member, I was provided a dealer contact person before arriving to discuss a vehicle. Kassandra had my desired vehicle waiting, cleaned up and set aside, to view upon our agreed upon arrival time. We went through the vehicle and took a short test drive. Back at her desk, we were given the Costco pricing (Dealer Invoice plus $500) for the vehicle, Manufacturer Rebates at the time and a quick determination of our traded vehicle's value. We spent a leisurely and pressure free 2 hours with her, eventually leaving to have dinner. I texted her the following day to arrange the purchase and picked up the vehicle 2 days later. Jason greeted me on my pickup day and had me sign a few papers for the Sales people, then to the Finance guy, Zack, for more paperwork to finish up. After that I spent an awesome hour with Jacob, the Technology guy, going over the electronic workings of the vehicle. We set up the vehicle safety and communication systems which are an absolute necessity anymore. My less than a 5 star rating comes from the overall condition of the dealership facility itself. It's showing signs of an aging building, especially in the customer waiting/lounge area for service. How about a refreshing facelift in the future? Overall, it couldn't have been a better purchase experience! More
