Great Buying Experience I owned a Lexus 2007 RX350, which had given me years of repair free service. It was also purchased new at Lexus of Albuquerque. I met with Shane and I owned a Lexus 2007 RX350, which had given me years of repair free service. It was also purchased new at Lexus of Albuquerque. I met with Shane and told him I was interested in either another RX or possible an ES. He put together a list of the available vehicles that met my requirements and walked me through the features on all of them. There was ABSOLUTELY no high pressure, just an extremely informed tour of the vehicles. This process took three visits over about a month, not once was I pushed into a purchase. The only contact with Shane, not initiated by me, was when he called to give me the details of the upcoming "December to Remember" promotion. I narrowed my choice to an absolutely beautiful, loaded RX350. At this point Shane sharpened the pencil and I walked away with, what I believe was the best deal I've ever gotten on a new car. Shane has stayed in touch with me to make sure I was happy and offered his assistance in learning my new vehicle. Shane was absolutely the most professional, courteous, honest and low key car salesperson I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend him! More

Found the car we wanted online. When we arrived Matt immediately got us setup and told us to take it around for a bit. We negotiated a deal with Matt and the owner Tom, wrote a check, and had our new to us car. Everything was very straight forward and the staff was very courteous (we had children with us who were beyond bored). My husband noticed during the test drive that the alignment needed to be tweaked. Tom and Matt promised that they'd do it for free and just bring it back in at our convenience. I brought it in a couple of weeks later and there were no questions asked. Alignment was done and vehicle was washed all free of charge as promised. More

After a four month wait, I learned that my car had arrived several weeks before and instead of calling me, they put it on the show floor and allowed other customers to test drive it. That's water under the bridge, but the main thing I want to warn you about is their overpriced service. To a degree that's to be expected, but this dealership goes beyond the pale. The most recent example is my interior rear view mirror can't hold its position anymore; the vibrations from driving make it angle down toward the floor. Just called Lexus, and they want fifteen hundred dollars-- that's $1,500.00! -- to replace it, and we don't even know yet whether it just needs tightening. So I found a refurbished mirror online for .... wait for it.... 60 bucks. True, it's not new, but still. I call that outrageous. More
Very Satisfied This week I had a dispute with Lexus of Albuquerque regarding my extended warranty policy. Zack, the Finance Manager, listened and was very pleasant This week I had a dispute with Lexus of Albuquerque regarding my extended warranty policy. Zack, the Finance Manager, listened and was very pleasant to deal with. Today he and the General Manager resolved my problem in a more than satisfactory manner. Thanks Lexus of Albuquerque! I love my car and plan to stick with a Lexus in the future. More

I tried to buy a new car at this dealership and ive never written a bad review before but after recieving 11 phone calls in the last 2 days I had to. My salesman was extremely rude as well as his manager. Some quotes were "Let's get to the chase" " that's not my problem" "I'm not here to waste time". They had no idea what customer service meant and now they are purposely calling me so much to, I'm assuming annoy me. In all honesty some of the other sales people were nice but I definitely do not recommend this dealership. More

They deceived me by telling me the tires The salesman said and did everything to get the sale. He stated his word is true, well his word was not true. They deceived me by telling me the tires were brand new on the car I purchased. I ran over a screw took the car to another Lexus dealership out of state, they stated the tire could not be fixed because the tires were too old! When I called Lexus of Abq they pretty much said buy a new set of tires. Why should I buy new tires, when they were supposed to be new! 0 stars! More

When I asked about the safety options, he under-rated their value because the cars on the lot were not equipped with the option I wanted. When I asked if he could find what I wanted from another dealership, he said there would be an additional $2000 charge to get me the car from another dealer, and that the value of my trade in would be reduced if I waited to make the purchase. When I asked if I could simply order from the factory the car I wanted, he said the Costco discount only applied to cars on the lot (not true). The experience was so awful, I decided to go to the Acura dealership where I had a great experience, and in less than an hour ordered the 2016 MDX from the factory, with all the safety options I wanted, and got my Costco discount.
