He listened attentively while we asked numerous questions, then he answered them succinctly as possible. Next he invited us into the salesroom while he quickly researched a few more detailed information requests (Carfax report, maintenance performed, etc.). After he answered the remaining concerns, we then fully appreciated the exceptional quality of this used SUV.
