The process was very easy with no pressure applied. Both Shane and Zach (in finance) were very easy to work with. Even the evaluation of our potential trade-in went smoothly. Overall I think the whole process took 2 hours. I would highly recommend Lexus, this dealership is awesome. As we were leaving the owner, Tom, made his way over to introduce himself, he was a very gracious host and extended his services if needed.
