The salesman was really helpful and not pushy at all he let us look at our leisure and own time very hospitable offering cold water and sncks throughout our time spent here, which is what Is expected of me let us look at our leisure and own time very hospitable offering cold water and sncks throughout our time spent here, which is what Is expected of me from every dealership unfortunately these types of dealers are hard to find other places. They also were super patient with us during the paperwork side of the house! More

My wife bought a vehicle from this dealership approximately 2 and one half months ago., and it was quite literally the worst sales experience we have ever had. The salesperson was incredibly inep approximately 2 and one half months ago., and it was quite literally the worst sales experience we have ever had. The salesperson was incredibly inept as we had to email over docs for Disabled Veterans tags three separate times ! I am just now writing the review as we finally recieved the registration almost three months after purchasing the vehicle. I called the dealership about 50 days into the process to see what was going on as I had already made a payment on the vehicle, but didnt even have a registration to prove ownership , as well as the temporary plate being in expired status. I got the runaround from from a so called Sales Manager , who mentioned he checked and we need to send over the docs. Well if you really checked you would know we had already sent them 3 times ! He assured me he would let me know when the registration and now plate would be there.I was told by other personal that we use the same plate we had already so I was kind of confused when I called him back after several days to see whats up after not hearing from him again ! I asked if the plate had come in and he said Oh no we are just waiting on the paper registration I didnt know it was a Military Plate.Ok you did know that because you asked for the discharge papers again earlier.. He also mentioned twice arrogantly Hey I am just trying to help you. You are not doing me any favors we bought a car from you , now do your job ! The car was dirty when we bought it and the Finance Manager pouted his way through the rest of the transaction after we decided against the Extended Warranty. There isnt enough room here to explain all the gory details of the transaction and the General Manager Never Called Me Back, I tried to talk to someone in person before posting. More
