I made a appointment in advance I showed up and the service assistant Matt checked in my vehicle I went in for a oil change and my tire pressure sensor, I waited 3 hours with a appointment and finally service assistant Matt checked in my vehicle I went in for a oil change and my tire pressure sensor, I waited 3 hours with a appointment and finally approached the Matt and asked him what was going on with my vehicle, he looked in to it and he told me another 20 minutes which turned into 45 minutes, just about as long as it would take if the oil change would have been done when I arrived 2 hours and 15 minutes prior… needless to say I’m not to happy with this dealership I took my vehicle there for servicing because I purchased it there… More
