BEST Experience picking out my FREE Lexus! Kassandra was absolutely AMAZING! I had been in and out of the dealership for a few months gearing up to hit qualifications for New Mexico's Very Fir Kassandra was absolutely AMAZING! I had been in and out of the dealership for a few months gearing up to hit qualifications for New Mexico's Very First FREE Lexus with the Rodan+Fields car program ($125k per month for 3 months - Lexus doesn't get these cars back as our business is booming by the time we qualify! ;) This was a HUGE deal and Kassandra knew it! She helped pick out my perfect Trophy Car! She made the process so easy and gave great advice on options that I would want. The owner and my service advisor both came over and introduced themselves and congratulated me. When the car arrived to the dealership the following week, Kassandra delivered it to my driveway with the big red bow. Some of my local team was there for the delivery and it made the FB Live that much more EXCITING! We are doing an event this week for some of the rest of the local team and Lexus of ABQ is making it very special with fun photo ops with that trademarked red bow. Later this summer, when the BIG Lexus Party is happening and the rest of our out of state Lexus Achievers on our team come into town, the dealership is going to help with photo op pictures with multiple cars. Lexus of ABQ is bending over backwards to deliver Award Winning Service that matches what I would expect from the #1 Skincare Line in the U.S. I now understand why Lexus is the Brand of Choice for the Rodan+Fields Car Program. Awesome! I was debating between the Lexus RX 350 and the Acura MDX. When I saw the new and improved Lexus RX 350 F-sport for 2016, I was sold! So off I went to Lexus of Albuquerque with my list of must haves...the first "must" was dealing with Kassandra. I had a friend who purchased her new Lexus with the help of Kassandra, and so she came with a great recommendation to work with. Kassandra was incredible to work with! She was pleasant, fun, patient and oh SO knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted. I came in with a rather tough list of options that I had to have, and not easy being that the 2016's had not arrived in Albuquerque--so mine would be the very first. Kassandra worked her magic in getting me my "baby" with EVERYTHING I wanted! And even though it wasn't Christmas, I wanted a big red bow on it--Kassandra made that happen too! Overall, this was by far the best new car purchase I have ever made. Not only do I absolutely LOVE my Lexus, but the customer service and attention to detail was excellent. I have since dealt with the service department, and found that they are wonderful as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Lexus of Albuquerque! More

He is very knowledgeable, always willing to help, never hesitates to go the extra mile to accommodate my needs and never tries to oversell anything I don't need. When thinking about the purchase of my new Lexus, I called Rob to suggest a sales associate. Due to him, I met Kassandra! She is a joy to work with, very patient and understanding reguarding my hesitation to purchase. The time with her, was by far the most pleasant and fun experience, buying a new vehicle. She orchestrated the finding and delivery without any issues and informed me, that Jacob would come to my home to explain all the new bells and whistles on the car!
