Disappointed, service did not even read my car history. Rep wanted to charge me when I had free service for certifying my car. I had to insist they change my oil. Car was not washed. Very hard to get ahold of service rep. Other rep wouldn’t help me sent me to voicemail. They wanted to communicate by text or email which they didn’t answer either and they don’t take free service contract into consideration. Looking forward to my car being out of warranty. More
