Lexus of Albuquerque was the first dealership on our route. When we parked, we were greeted by Mike Cordova. He was so pleasant and had such a nice demeanor, Not the "dreaded used car salesman" we had feared. We talked about the benefits of buying "pre-owned" and he explained the difference between that and Lexus Certified pre-owned. I drove a beautiful red, 2014, and loved it immediately. I thought I should be obligated to shop a little more, but after visiting with Tom, ended up purchasing the first and only car I drove that day. He listened attentively while we asked numerous questions, then he answered them succinctly as possible. Next he invited us into the salesroom while he quickly researched a few more detailed information requests (Carfax report, maintenance performed, etc.). After he answered the remaining concerns, we then fully appreciated the exceptional quality of this used SUV. Working with my wife, we negotiated an agreeable purchase price with Chuck and Mr. Wiggins. Next, Chuck took us to the business manager, Mr. Russell, who was also very, very helpful with service and protection plans plus valuable financing insights. He explained in detail all the possible options we had available, so my wife and I could make the best informed decisions. Meanwhile, Mr. Faulkner and his detailing crew expeditiously worked to get the various protection plan treatments completed so my wife and I could drive our SUV home.
