Excellent for Pete and service department. Less than satisfied with this aspect of my experience. Finally, the dealership gentleman who gave me a quote for the price he would pay for my car seriously low-balled me and ultimately insulted my intelligence and feelings by doing so; clearly, as Lexus’ agent, he expected me to “give” him my car. Again, not all impressed. Chuck was a good salesman and most helpful, but no sale after quote for my car was given. More
They lack transparency and communication. Tony is the absolute worst. I was depending on him to keep his word but he clearly doesn’t care about the customer, only the sale. I have not had any negative experiences with Lexus of Albuquerque. I’ve had my Lexus for about two months and have put enough miles on it already that I have been in twice to the service department. Service agent initially mentioned that they would have a part within a few months. I called back after 4 months and a different service advisor said that the part (trim) was not necessary to remediate the i part within a few months. I called back after 4 months and a different service advisor said that the part (trim) was not necessary to remediate the issue; rather they changed the clips holding the trim. The previous service advisor never contacted me about this change. I had to wait and reach out myself to find out that there was a different method to resolve the issue. Incredibly disappointed in Lexus of ABQ servicing. More
I have been getting car maintenance completed at this dealership for the past three years when I was gifted a 2010 Lexus SUV hybrid by my grandfather. I was having nothing but positive experiences for qu dealership for the past three years when I was gifted a 2010 Lexus SUV hybrid by my grandfather. I was having nothing but positive experiences for quite a while. However, lately, I cannot help but feel that I have been manipulated with the car maintenance that I’ve been getting. Over the past year with all of the construction, I have noticed many changes with how I have been treated and the quotes for the services going up quite a bit. I was told the last time I was there that I was misquoted for spark plugs, told I was needing services that I really didn’t need, and misled with how much certain services were going to end up costing. This most recent experience from this past week included getting spark plugs done for my vehicle. When I signed an agreement online regarding the cost, it said $617. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, The cost ended up being over $1600. If I would’ve known this beforehand, I could’ve prepared. However, I felt blindsided and wish I would’ve had more consultation or more information before I went in to pay the bill. It sent me into a mental spiral because I am getting married next week and I am not in a position to pay that much for the car maintenance. I would have waited if I was told the final cost at the beginning or at least a general ballpark. Please communicate the Potential final cost before someone drops off their vehicle. It was not fair, I feel misled and manipulated. I had to pay it and I did so. But I will not return. More
