Kassandra has been my representative for a few years, and knew this model would be exactly what I wanted and needed. I couldn’t be happier!, I love my new car.... It has everything I need and then some!! Kassandra made every step of the buying process easy, and gave me a very good deal. 5 Stars! Daniel has been my Service Advisor since 2011, and I have always had an outstanding experience when needing Service. I am treated like a VIP every visit, and he always arranges a loaner Lexus for me. 5Stars! I wanted to also mention Jacob Marez, who came to my home to review the features of my new car and showed me a few things I wasn’t aware of. 5 Stars! And finally, Dana Perry, who arranged the Lexus Road Hazard package for me, and also gave me a great deal on it. 5 Stars! I can’t imagine owning any other vehicle beside Lexus!!! More
