Lexus of Albuquerque’s Customer Service by our Service Manager, Mr. Robert Estrada, remains excellent. Since Lexus of Albuquerque was taken over by a Corporation in Houston, TX, this dealership is not the same as it was when Tom Bohlman was the owner or part of owner! More
Communication by service department was poor on initial visit. Difficulty reaching service department by phone to check on part ordered. Late. Jacob was not there as I reserved took 5 hours for oil change. Phone response is horrible. Had to call several times to speak to a real person. To top it off Juan left keys in my car that belonged to someone else. Car smelled of oil and my ac does not seem to work as well as it did before. So I may not return. More
