I was told by Jaime that my service would take about an hour to an hour and a half. He gave me the option to use the shuttle (Uber) and he would call when car was ready. I texted after my car had been the hour to an hour and a half. He gave me the option to use the shuttle (Uber) and he would call when car was ready. I texted after my car had been there for just over 2 hours, no response so I called. After being found, he called me back and said that it takes longer for service when I am not waiting at the dealership for service. I wasn’t aware of this as it hadn’t ever been explained. The Uber got me there and I was taken to pay my bill. Jaime then let me know that he was getting my car. After waiting a bit, I went outside to find my car but no Jaime. It was on the Northwest side of the building so I took the floor paper and tag and placed them in a receptical, got in my car and drove until I noticed the exclamation point light on. I at that time realized that the key wasn’t in the car. I drove back to the building, got out and saw Jaime holding up my key. He said he had been looking for my car on the south side of the building when I told him that I found it on the NW side. He argued with me that that wasn’t my car!!! He said it was someone else’s car and that it wasn’t mine!!! He kept arguing with me. I don’t get this guy. I will never have him as my service person again. Such a disappointing time at this Lexus dealership. More
