The dealership was busy with potential buyer and Frank did not at any time make us feel like we were holding him up. He walked us through the entire buying process and was committed to our experience at Lexus of Albuquerque. We had the pleasure of meeting the GM Clark Wiggins and Owner Tom Bohlman. The sales event was being catered with great food and my wife and I observed that the sales staff and technicians/employees were coming up and eating. We thought to ourselves, how great is that. Tom is providing food for customers and every employee working on that day, the guy is generous and appreciative. That says a lot about how he feels about the employees in his organization. Lexus of Albuqueruqes mission is to provide exceptional and pleasurable customer service, something that they did not fall short of on my buying experience. From Frank to Tom, we were told repeatedly, to fell free and contact them with any concerns or assistance in the future. It was a pleasure to witness the genorousity and loyalty on my visit, and I look forward to being spoiled as a Lexus of Albuquerque buyer. More

This is my first experience buying a vehicle from this dealership and it was everything I have come to expect. I was able to look at the vehicle without being pressured and had all my questions answered. I was there late in the day but all the necessary personnel was willing to stay to get me taken care of without feeling pressured or pushy. This was probably the first car purchase that was actually pleasant. I would like to say I will be back soon but the impeccable shape of the vehicle I purchased and the longevity of the Lexus I already own, it will take quite some time before I need to buy another vehicle. But when I do I can't imagine i would go anywhere else. More
