She is very knowledgeable, kind, goes out of her way to assists us no matter how big or how small. I will never drive anything but a Lexus and will never purchase another one except with Cassandra. Awesome! I was debating between the Lexus RX 350 and the Acura MDX. When I saw the new and improved Lexus RX 350 F-sport for 2016, I was sold! So off I went to I was debating between the Lexus RX 350 and the Acura MDX. When I saw the new and improved Lexus RX 350 F-sport for 2016, I was sold! So off I went to Lexus of Albuquerque with my list of must haves...the first "must" was dealing with Kassandra. I had a friend who purchased her new Lexus with the help of Kassandra, and so she came with a great recommendation to work with. Kassandra was incredible to work with! She was pleasant, fun, patient and oh SO knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted. I came in with a rather tough list of options that I had to have, and not easy being that the 2016's had not arrived in Albuquerque--so mine would be the very first. Kassandra worked her magic in getting me my "baby" with EVERYTHING I wanted! And even though it wasn't Christmas, I wanted a big red bow on it--Kassandra made that happen too! Overall, this was by far the best new car purchase I have ever made. Not only do I absolutely LOVE my Lexus, but the customer service and attention to detail was excellent. I have since dealt with the service department, and found that they are wonderful as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Lexus of Albuquerque! More

He is very knowledgeable, always willing to help, never hesitates to go the extra mile to accommodate my needs and never tries to oversell anything I don't need. When thinking about the purchase of my new Lexus, I called Rob to suggest a sales associate. Due to him, I met Kassandra! She is a joy to work with, very patient and understanding reguarding my hesitation to purchase. The time with her, was by far the most pleasant and fun experience, buying a new vehicle. She orchestrated the finding and delivery without any issues and informed me, that Jacob would come to my home to explain all the new bells and whistles on the car!
